Being one of our mom's favorite boba franchises, we're glad to see that this location is consistent with all of the other ones. Their menu is just as wide and they offer all the other specialty drinks as well!

One of our favorite things about the franchise is that they're quite accommodating with substituting any toppings. The drink that she got had red beans in it, but we asked if they could substitute the red beans for crystal boba instead and they did!

The interior is really clean and they have plenty of seating. The worker I interacted with when ordering was really nice and friendly. By the time I finished paying for my order, my drink was already done so I didn't have to wait at all. They're located in the Fountain Valley Town Center so parking should be fairly...

Got a Classic Tea with "Pearls" for 5.55 and was disappointed with everything.

Tea: Was average wouldn't say it was exceptionally good. 1/2 Pearl or Boba: Didn't have Crystal and I wish they had. The Boba had no flavor. 0/2 Service: The store layout is so inefficient. The line is concentrated in a walkin closet like space, while the rest of the place is the waiting room. This means if you are at the end of the line you might have to wait outside. They have a bedroom of space that they can use for the line so that people don't have to wait outside while trying to order. Otherwise it was really fast. The service was fine .5/1

Overall 1.5 star out of 5. Not the worst I've had so I'll give it a 2 star. Probably won't come...

Came in when they opened at 11am. First part is my fault, I didn't look at the menu. Then they tell me they do not have any "pearls" ready which is their boba. They gave me approximately 30 minutes until they were ready. Damned if I'm waiting 30 minutes for boba. You had like 4 employees there, and one of them couldn't show up earlier to make sure the pears were ready for opening? I settled for a milk tea, and asked them to fill up my reusable water bottle. They then refuse saying they can only offer me a cup of water...? Extra +1 star cause it's a clean place, but it seems like the only thing they offer...
