Brucie's Berries — Restaurant in Four Corners States

I am a wedding planner in SLC and we hired Brucies Berries for a large reception. They were so professional and communicative leading up to the event and made the whole process very simple. On the wedding day they were set up outside and it started to rain. Not only did they keep service but they helped other vendors cover items and were such troopers serving in the rain. I really didn't like what I got from Brucies. As someone allergic to chocolate, I appreciated the non chocolate options. But the strawberry shortcake tasted like straight chemicals. I am convinced it was store bought. It really did not take good at all. I barely ate it. It was also very expensive, $16 for the cup.
