When I was a kid, I fell in love with pizza. My parents would take me to this amazing pizzeria in our town, and I would always order the same thing: a slice of sourdough crust pizza with fresh tomato sauce and melted mozzarella cheese. It was my favorite thing in the world.

As I grew older, my love for pizza never faded. In fact, it only intensified. I became obsessed with finding the perfect sourdough crust pizza, just like the one I had fallen in love with as a kid.

I went to college on the East Coast, and every spare moment I had, I spent searching for the perfect pie. I scoured the cities, trying every pizzeria I could find. I met some amazing pies along the way, but none of them quite lived up to the memory of that perfect sourdough crust I had as a kid.

After college, I moved to the West Coast, determined to find the perfect pie. I traveled up and down the coast, trying every pizzeria I could find. I met some incredible pies, but still, none of them quite measured up.

Years went by, and I began to lose hope. Maybe I had just imagined that perfect pie as a kid. Maybe it was just a memory that I had romanticized over time.

But I couldn't shake the feeling that it was out there, waiting for me. So I kept searching.

And then, one day, I stumbled upon a small pizzeria in Victor Colorado. The sign above the door read "Dirty Sally's Pizzeria." I had never heard of it before, but something about the name drew me in.

I push open the door and am immediately hit with the aroma of freshly baked dough. My heart skips a beat as I scan the menu, my eyes landing on the words "Sourdough Crust" in bold letters.

I order a slice, my hands shaking with anticipation as I wait for it to arrive. And then, the moment of truth.

The slice is placed in front of me, and I take a bite. The crust is perfect – tangy, chewy, and slightly crispy on the outside. The flavors dance on my tongue, a perfect balance of sweet and savory.

Tears of joy prick at the corners of my eyes as I realize that I have finally found it. The perfect sourdough crust pizza, the one I had been searching for my entire life.

I look up at the menu, and my eyes land on the words "Dirty Sally's Pizzeria" once again. I smile, knowing that I will never forget this place, this moment.

I have finally found my holy grail of pizzas, and I know that I will be back for more. Again and again and again and again and again and again and again again and again and again again and again and again for the...

For all the pizza elitists of the world, know this: the best pizza is made by people who know where they are, what they’re doing, and aren’t trying to be somewhere else. A slice of Sally’s is like no other pizza I’ve ever had. It’s one-of-a-kind and absolutely delicious, clearly made with tremendous care and attention and completely befitting a place of such character.

“Victor Pizza” is a thing and this is the only place to find it.

The crust is unreal by the way. I heard they’ll be offering breadsticks soon. Trying those alone will be worth the drive from Denver.

The staff is outstanding, beyond attentive and professional. We really felt like we lived nearby and were stopping in for our daily visit and a slice (actually a couple daily pies, perfect for two hungry people). They are lovely and super cool and bring a level of service to the pizza game that’s very hard to find.

The space is open and welcoming, with a generous bar and plenty for those who don’t imbibe, or don’t like waiting (free video games, pool, air hockey… tables and chairs!). Together all these things combine to create a place that’s unlike any pizza spot I’ve ever been - can confirm, it’s the best pizza in town. For folks passing through, or regulars swinging by for a slice and a hang, it’s the...

If you're looking for authentic, fresh-made pizza that hits the spot every time, look no further. This local pizzeria is a total game-changer. Whether you're grabbing a slice or ordering by the box, the quality is consistently top-notch. You can taste the freshness and love that goes into every bite.

What truly sets this place apart, though, is the incredible service—especially from TJ. Friendly, attentive, and always making you feel like a regular, TJ takes the whole experience up a notch. It's the kind of service that makes you want to come back again and again.

The atmosphere is just as awesome. Laid-back, welcoming, and full of character, with a pool table and arcade games that keep things fun while you wait (or hang out post-pizza). It's a great spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy good food without breaking the bank.

Highly recommend Dirty Sally's to anyone who’s tired of the same old chain restaurants and wants something real, local, and...

Amazing pizza!! We came in at about 4:30 on a weekday and were the only ones there until right before we left. Run by two people who were extremely friendly. The pizza was a little pricey, $24 for a 14” pizza (plus extra for toppings), but if you consider the small, isolated town location and the quality of pizza, it makes sense and is worth it. We purchased two 14” pizzas, a plain cheese and a sausage and bacon pizza. The crust is homemade and crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle. The sauce is tasty, but why, I can’t explain. They have a bunch of arcade games that are free to use while you wait. The kids enjoyed playing on those. The atmosphere is a little bare bones but it was still comfortable. The location is on a block of mostly empty or broken down historic buildings in Victor. There is no real signage for what the restaurant is called. There’s a small hours sign next to the door.

This was a very good stop on a very long cold day. I would suggest this place to anyone passing through. The pizza has a sourdough crust made in house, with all the works for the toppings. It was $5 per slice and $22 per pie. It took about 15 minutes for the pie got done, but there was plenty to do in the restaurant while you wait. All of the arcade games are free to play (my favorite is the Terminator), and it’s filled with art and taxidermy. If you’re coming up in the winter for the ice castles, or you’re staying at the casino, or you just want something to help keep you warm — this is the place for you.

Amazing quality. Crust is complex. Crunchy on the outside and soft/airy on the inside. Love the small town mountain vibe. My kind of place. I’ll definitely be back. Also, plenty of video games and pool - all for free!!!!
