Filibertos — Restaurant in Four Corners States

Why is there a new taco shop in the same parking lot as a competitors taco shop? Not sure but this place opened yesterday 24 November and so here we are. Took a visit today and was very clean as you would expect having only been open a day. the server that I interacted with was very nice. got a carne Asada burrito and a quesadilla and Jamaica. The Carne Asada burrito was huge and pretty good tasting. meat was a little bit dry but that's Carne Asada right? Salsa have a nice flavor, but not very hot. Quesadilla was exactly what you would expect it to be which means to say it was good. traditionally Filiberto's has better breakfast burritos than the other place so I will definitely be...

Was so glad this opened as the other joint is yuck. We had the grilled chicken chimichanga and chicken taco salad, both were excellent!!! The gal at front was very nice, helpful and all smiles. The owner was very nice and interactive with customers!!! We'll definitely be back!!! Congrats!!!

UPDATE 10/16/24: I don't understand anything less than 5 or 4 stars as the food has always been consistently scrumptious! They make their salsas, guacamole and beans fresh rather than other places that used canned/bagged bulk products [That's a taco salad, chicken fajitas...

Newly opened… they have their act together. Food is very yummy, and prepared to order. All items were as ordered, and delicious. I have had shredded beef tacos, ground beef taxos, rolled tacos, carnitas street tacos, nachos, Jamaica and enchiladas across half a dozen visits.

Friendly drive through, order is made When you order, and the wait for freshly prepped (vs sitting under a heat lamp)… is well worth it.

I always check my orders. Just as requested. I’ve had to ask for a fork a few times. The only weakness are tissue...
