This location (Sun City West) can NEVER get the order right! I can't tell you how many times we have had to drive back to the restaurant after bringing our food home to eat and our order is wrong again, sometimes two and even three trips back for them to get it right!! Case and point on Tuesday February 25th. We had to drive back three times to get the correct food order. Keep in mind that we get the same two orders every time for 5+ years!! It's that simple!! And they DO NOT CARE!! Blaming it on the cook and taking no responsibility. I'm sure that this doesn't happen to just us... how many other customers does this happen to?? but they don't speak up?!?! SO, we now go next door to Filiberto's Mexican Food and pay a couple of dollars more and it's well worth it!! Our order is ALWAYS correct the first time, and the food is Great!! HOT and Consistently Good with excellent customer service and a smile!!!! Sorry Senor Taco, we've given you our business for 5+ years and our hard-earned money and we were constant repeat customers (at least 2-3 time a week) but the fact that your team can't get a simple order correct better that 50% of the time is ridicules!! and you do not even care!! We're Done. Lesson Learned. The owner/manager doesn't even care!! Tired of the poor service and attitude, no one caring, the constant change of cooks, thus the food quality and food portions are lacking and are not consistent. We can always tell when you get another new cook!! A refund is NEVER offered or any other form of trying to make it right... You gave us the wrong order three (3) times Tuesday night; thus, we had to drive back three (3) times!!!! And the two girls said that it was the cook's fault. WOW maybe you should check the order before it goes to the customer?! But that's asking to...

Best deal in town if you're looking for Mexican food. You've probably noticed all the hottest burrito joints are all charging something like $15 for a single burrito. No side of rice or beans, just a simple burrito.

Not señor burrito. This is easily hands down my favorite place to get some Mexican take out. The prices are reasonable, yet the portions are huge. Monster burritos. Sorta thing you need after a long day at work when you're too exhausted to go home and cook a meal.

For me personally it's the Diablo shrimp burrito. Everyone boasts that they have a spicy burrito but it's always a letdown in the actual spice or flavor department. Whatever they're putting in that Diablo sauce is fire. I don't care what the repercussions are the next morning when I wake up and have to sit on the porcelain throne, I'm always asking for a little extra Diablo sauce. It ties so well with the shrimp and rice. I hope they come up with more menu items that incorporate that sauce.

The location itself is in a comfy part of town, and considering they make all the food from scratch service is very fast. Shout out to the guy working the window, he's always super cool and we talk cars almost every...

Please read the entirety of this comment. Here is my SCORE:

  1. Atmosphere: 2/5
  2. Service: 4/5
  3. Flavor: 3.5/5
  4. Cost: 4.5/5

Total Score: 3.5 (3.5/5).

This place is just: okay. This little restaurant is good if you are around and looking for Mexican food.

We had their enchiladas and tacos. The food was tasty but the waiting time and the mixups were quite the experience. I would say it’s not bad, it’s just there are way better places around.

Anyway, chicken enchilada did not taste right. The refried beans and the little salad was good. The tacos were good. The fountain drinks were good.

The bathrooms did not have any paper towels and they looked a bit dirty. Parking was okay. Service was okay. Tables should be rearranged to maximize occupancy and flow. Outside seating is great!

For management: please revise your menu. The menu is not easy to read at all. You simplify it and make it shorter and more visual. I wish this...

6/29/23 17:30hrs $13.81. Ordered Menudo to beat the summer heat of 105* in Sun City! The order comes with a side of Oregano, Onions, Cilantro and Polvo de Chile Rojo with ur choice of Harina o Mais Tortillas. I will say I was impressed with the taste and flavors. The meat was tender along with the hominy. It appears the meat was cooked separately as some meat had more flavors than others. I suggest adding patas de vaca o patas de puerco para que le dé más sabor chingón al caldo. Overall, I would consider ordering this dish again. Fast and friendly service. Clean establishment and clean restrooms.
