Florencia Pizza — Restaurant in Arizona

My family decided to try something new instead of Domino's this time around, and this place did not disappoint. We picked up our order at the restaurant, which had a quaint pizza diner feel, about what you'd expect from a local pizza place. We ordered a combination pizza and one with just pepperoni and sausage. The sausage pieces were small but numerous, and not overly greasy. The cheese on both pizzas was perfectly toasted, and was nicely gooey without sloughing itself off the slice. The real star in my eyes, however, was the combo pizza. Normally I can't stand the texture of onion and bell pepper on my pizza, but because the vegetables were diced I was able to enjoy the flavors of the ingredients without worrying about slurping up a whole crunchy pepper rib. Wings were absolutely disgusting and fatty. Bbq wings had no bbq flavor just burnt taste. Hot wings tasted like spicy fatty chunks. They bought it frozen from walmart and run thru oven to heat them up. Made me nauseous all afternoon after 1 bite of each Big mistake to get them there. Had no way to wash or clean my hands after touching the wings. The blonde lady told me to use the hand sanitizer bec they don't have restroom for customers. What the heck.

They forgot to make my pizza at first and when it finally came out, pizza was absolutely delish tho the attitude of the blonde lady is very annoying. Passive aggressive and rude. Happy staff means a happy work environment which equates to good business owners who are thoughtful enough to recognize 😀 you know people you pass currency with that you get the pleasure of wearing a genuine smile while doing business with. Always helps contribute to a good day, in my book.

I didn't venture far, since I was making a take-out order, however, it was an open environment where one can see the majority of the establishment upon walking in. In my brief encounter, it appeared clean, well-organized, and overall pleasant 😊
