I placed a order over the phone to pick up. I spent about 80bucks. The food portions were decent and all the food was good. I can't say omg it's the best in the world nor the worst. Ordered: 3xs Sesame Chicken. The chicken was White Breast which Iam so happy cause some places use dark meat.( It was not over breaded nor fatty. I've had some restaurants put 1/2 inch meat and 5 inch of fluffy, gooey, bread crust). 1 order of Combination Lomein And I don't think it was blan. It's a standard noodles I've seen at many Chinese restaurants. It was good with the veggies it's supposed to have they gave good portion amount of all 3 meats. 1 order Beef n 🥦 the meat was again like most restaurants sliced thin and cooked the Broccoli was great meaning it wasn't burned or limp or old ( as I've gotten at other restaurants in comparison). The Atmosphere was friendly, clean, soft calm music was playing and the Staff Waitress and Head Cashier was attentive. The lady/ Cashier even went as far to ask " how is your day" after a welcome and a greet ( which most CSR don't ask anymore they just look, collect, n hand a receipt No ty no hi's, no byes)..She packed our food well asked if we needed utensils (which again more places don't care if u hVe to eat with fingers cause they constantly forget to give utensils). Over all this place is a 5 to me factoring everything in. My family bellies were happy, continent full and plates empty which is a huge sign if...
Read moreWe just moved here from another part of Denver. It's Valentine's Day and my wife loves Chinese food. We ordered the vegetable low mien, sesame chicken, egg rolls and wontons.
Delivery was really fast. To the point where it made me question why the food wasn't pipping hot. The wontons were flavorless, as were the eggrolls. The eggrolls were so close to burned that I'm tempted to call them that... They were definitely overdone.
The low mien was awful. I've been to many Asian restaurants all over the Denver area, this was easily the worst low mien I've had that didn't come from a buffet. The sesame chicken was... passable. If the rest of the food weren't so bad, I'd say it was sub par. Frankly I was just happy I could mildly enjoy $15 of the $50 we just spent.
Burned chicken. Burned wontons. Burned eggrolls. Flavorless low mien that was super stingy on the vegetables... I dunno, this was a SERIOUS disappointment.
Again, since the food wasn't hot, it's entirely possible they just keep their mainstay foods under a heat lamp. We won't be dining here again. Se la vi -- try...
Read moreMonday 11/18 Placed order @ 2:14PM - Ticket #19 - Server Dana: Just coming back to Denver from a long Boulder medical procedure. Have patronized this restaurant for decades, wanted something hot. Called from our car and was only 15 min's out.
ONLY Ordered 2 items: 1 Sesame Tofu + 1 Egg roll - asked for no silverware, napkins or extra sauce packets. Picked up, went home and opened the bag. Sauce containers were there, but NO egg roll.
It is WELL after the busier lunch hour. Very slow kitchen. Only 2 items packaged up & ready to go into brown bag, with sauce containers right there - and silverware, soy sauce & fortune cookies were added. Ticket with TWO ordered items printed out and ready to be stapled to the bag. SERVER / TEAM FAIL!!!! How could they miss NOT seeing 2 items need to go into the bag? Look & THINK as you are packing......why else would you include mustard & sweet sauce containers (for egg rolls...??)
Servers/Kitchen Crew need remedial counting, order checking and order packaging training immediately. Good Sesame Tofu but......cannot believe they could...
