JARS Cannabis Kingman — Local services in Kingman

I have a podcast and one of the segments is What’s your 20? A place where I review local dispensaries to let the public know not only my experience but quality of product, knowledge of Budtenders appeal and displays and over all rating of the establishment .. I will have an episode on Jars in my up coming episode and here’s the breakdown:

I can not say enough about the choices one has as far as vendor strains. Our world of Cannabis now is a difficult place to maneuver when it comes to finding a true indica or sativa that is not a hybrid. I have found incdica only and sativa only strains at Jars which is not the case in others . They can’t always accommodate because vendors must have these strains available and do not always. I can day though that the hybrid strain I did receive is what most are today. Terpie strains that are tested high in THC but still don’t pack a real punch. May sound like a downer but the Budtenders I have dealt with there understand and absolutely drift me to what I am looking for each time and I haven’t been upset with their advice and honestly quite impressed on the knowledge level they possess.

Displays are a bit unsightly in my opinion but I do understand having bags hanging from a peg board looking self for the convenience to grab and make the line move. We all must remember that Arizona is still new to rec cannabis and as places mature they can grasp more the spotlighting and visual attraction to exhibiting flower. With that said they do have a lot to look at and it can be a bit overwhelming and distracting to the new user .

I know I have mentioned the Budtenders and honestly I have only ever had one lack luster experience with one but it was early on and the tender is up in smoke and no worry if that repeat. My last 5-6 visits have been a great experience with the men and ladies behind the counter .. They know what you’re asking for and pin t out the options that best fit your needs and pocket. So BRAVO to them.

My only other negative I can say is that the printed menu is so run on and difficult to decipher that I always have to ask for, a no better way to explain, translation of the list.

So my all over rating of JARS in Kingman on Northern is this:

The store is welcoming and inviting from the greet as the door opens. Your check in is quick pleasant and starts the experience off right. Cash only so ATMs are available to you before you need to get in line. They are quick and efficient and the line moves quite quickly. The Budtenders are welcoming have and possess as well as willing to share knowledge they have. Displays are what you expect to see but are confusing overwhelming and cluttered which for the new or even experienced cannabis enthusiasts just make quick decisions to rest their minds by all they would have to read and decipher on the packaging.

I have to grade these with the knowledge and experience I have relative to some factors mostly length of time cannabis is and has been available to be fair and let these business mature. Because if the still new presence in Arizona I will give JARS a 92 out of one hundred

Even with the tweaks this place has to make as it grows and matures in the industry their saving grace is their Budtenders. This is why .. I can go in speak language that is understood (not talking English or anything of that nature) that is understood and advised ima proper way. Even with a difficult to read menu what you are looking for is always given to you because they honestly put you first.

I went in for a disposable vape by OZ says online 20.00 BOGO 1g vape I go in 2 purchase said item (and a few others ) they had the oddasity 2 tell me it would b 45$ after tax I am like no they are bogo like says on your site I was told "I don't go by online prices " by the budtender said they are 2 for 35$ with a 24% state tax so 45$ i said how it's bogo on your site and showed him again he denied me the deal they offered this is a very poor practice with my other items + 24 % tax should have been a 67$ at most price tag he tried 2 charge me 84$!!! I can't belive it !! The other 2 items I bought where 4 the online price why not honor your prices I am in at least 3 -5 times a month I am not coming back....... ...

in response 2 response * I have sent multiple emails including evidence of said issues have heard nothing back from the company so for them to sit and send this response saying for me to contact them and they'll make it right I'm seeing nothing from them so it's all just for show also if you go to their website it still shows the buy one get one for the item I wanted so what's up with that

as of 1 50 pm 12 17 2024 I still have not heard back from company * *4:30 12/17/24 I went into the Kingman store and had a talk with the management they told me that buy one get one on their website does not mean buy one get one free you see on the website right now it shows the item at 45% off so $20 for the item and it shows up as buy one get one they are telling me if I want to buy one get one the price changes to $35 so instead of the price advertised online both managers that spoke to me were extremely rude about it and refused to admit that on their website if it was by 2 for 35 it would have said that it would not have said b o g o so not only did she lie to me while I was in there but she treated me like crap I hope corporate sees this because I will not be back in and I will let everybody know...

First time trying the delivery. I'm am early bird gal and like to grab that 20% first thing so I thought I'd give it a go. I didn't see that the delivery starts at 11.. Hey it was early and I'm out so that right there was the problem. 🫣 I digress. Ordered up, they have some good deals today. Getting my 20% and getting it delivered, im the shiznizzle. Drinking my coffee watching the tube waiting for my goods. Sitting and waiting. Talking to the husband, waiting. What feels like days... I decide to call to check and see what the what. It had been 49 minutes since I had ordered and found out the delivery started at 11. I could just drive down and pick it up, save the 7.50 and get it sooner. Win win.. Stoner that I am..couldn't help but laugh my ass off. Thanks to Cynthia and Matthew I was able to get my goods and partake in it's goodness! As always guys, thanks for your support! June 7th Happy Saturday all! Been here a year now and once again hitting my fav dispensary. I got Dominic tonight (again) as my bud tender and as always he is super nice and has a great smile. Don't get me started on his hair. To die for. You can tell he likes his job. That's important. Oh and other tall skinny dudeman who is also super nice. Always. That man loves his job.
