Buyer beware! Had a key made for my Tundra paid $350. Had the key one hour drove to a local store. Returned to my truck to start it with the new key and the key had opened up at the seems of the key. All the red buttons popped out and I tried to start my truck and it wouldnāt work. Took the key back was told we will take care of it. That was in like April it now middle of October. Been into store several times one time the manager said they would personally handle it. They have my number. Took my receipt. Took my money and I have no key. I donāt know whom to call the state attorney General. Corporate or BBB. I didnāt know you can take someoneās hard earned cash and give them no products. Do not shop here. $350 is going to kill me but that could be life changing for some people. But this place has had every chance to make the situation right. Lesson learned by in big cities and reputable merchants. Stop giving your money to stores like this and they will be filing for bankruptcy so that this type of...

But now with the new owners, it's ridiculous! It's like being mobbed by used car salesmen... BACK the F off! nothing against the employees, because their all very friendly, but it can be and is annoying as hell!
Someone mentioned that they follow you around like their afraid you might put a screw in your pocket.. Yeah, thats exactly why they do it, done under the guise of 'service'. Way overboard people! Thats aimed at the owners, not the staff.
I avoid even going in there since my favorite guy there passed away.. You are...
