Buyer beware! Had a key made for my Tundra paid $350. Had the key one hour drove to a local store. Returned to my truck to start it with the new key and the key had opened up at the seems of the key. All the red buttons popped out and I tried to start my truck and it wouldn’t work. Took the key back was told we will take care of it. That was in like April it now middle of October. Been into store several times one time the manager said they would personally handle it. They have my number. Took my receipt. Took my money and I have no key. Entered the store for the first time ever to get a look at what they offer and how their prices compare to Home Depot, and Lowe's. In the late 70's/80's We built our house and my grandparents house with 80% of the materials bought there, when it was Leroy's Lumber/Ace hardware. Loved the place. Leroy always demanded his employees to offer any kind of help needed. Some like that, others don't. Personalty, I know the store better than I know my own workshop, so I always thank them, and let them know I got it handled and they would move on to another customer. But now with the new owners, it's ridiculous! It's like being mobbed by used car salesmen... BACK the F off! nothing against the employees, because their all very friendly, but it can be and is annoying as hell!
