As the kid in drive-thru was handing me my root beer freeze, the lid came off and spilled all over me. The inside of my purse, and the inside of my wallet I handed it back to him. He didn't offer me any napkins or water (I had to ask) and then he was going to hand me back the same, now half empty, drink with a new lid and I asked him to please make me a new one. A new guy then came with the new drink only. You could tell it was in the same cup because the outside of the cup was covered with root beer and ice cream. So I said to him are you really going to hand me that cup covered with root beer and ice cream and instead of him bringing it back and wiping it off. He then looked at me and said I'm going to refuse you service. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. He did end up wearing that shake because he was holding in his hand and I pushed his hand away from me and it flew back on to him inside of the window. That's fair. I had to wear half of mine. Worst customer service in along time. At first no other customers in store. Waited 15 minutes for order, while it sat in warmer area for awhile, burger made wrong, went back to counter had to wait to have remade, from time on receipt to having new burger in hand was 31 minutes…. Guy making food was a big boy, and his gut was hanging out and all over counter edge and food area. While we were waiting a door dash driver came in and after waiting in store 15/20 minutes he asked if he could get his food so he could get going, the manager (said his name was Aaron) was very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional n told driver he needed to leave. It was dead, w minimal customers, and the dining room floor is slippery and covered in grease all over…. Definitely wont be returning and going to...

We ordered on Sunday (8/17/25), a little after 4 pm (maybe the manager will care, I doubt it). We right away could tell by the order taker's tone he was so thrilled to take our order...not! He kept cutting my wife off after every item ordered, asking, "is that all?" Made us feel like a major inconvenience right away. Then we waited for almost 10 minutes for them to complete the guy's order in front of us and when we finally got to the window, we were met with this grease ball, pierced up, stains all over his shirt, filthy, rude guy. We were grossed out. Waited another 5 minutes for our food then left, saying we definitely won't be returning. Never had a bad experience before but we were so grossed out we ate our fries, but only half our sandwiches....
