Dunkin' — Restaurant in Foxborough

I've tried for months to give this dunkin a chance to pull it together...hasn't happened. Service is extremely slow, store is usually a mess. Orders are often made wrong, coffee is often extremely bitter or watered down. Today I ordered a cold brew French vanilla with regular cream and sugar (3/3) and I got a plain cold brew with one milk and one sugar. And it still tastes like water. Barely even put any ice in it either. This dunkin is definitely watering down their cold brew. I have given up on this one.

Edit: went to the dunkin 2 intersections north on route 1 which was much busier and was served faster and the coffee was made to order and tastes excellent as always at that location. My business will gladly be going here which I know is not owned by the same owner which owns locations at 16 Washington st foxboro, 127 Main st foxboro, and 134...

Usually when I come here the experience is more then pleasant. But this morning they were a little busy and made my coffee wrong. Not a problem, I came back and the manager was extremely rude. She talked about me as if I wasn't there. Just because I POLITELY asked to have my coffee redone. She had a vicious attitude as if I'm suppose to drink a $6 coffee that was made wrong and shut up! I read alot of reviews about bad service but I just don't see it.. maybe it's a give an attitude get an attitude thing but as a regular customer I haven't had more then 1 or 2 issues over the past 8 years I've been coming to this particular location. The only thing I can think to say negative is about the roadway and how you can't turn left out of store onto rt 1 however this isn't the stores fault and you can loop around right down the street so problem solved!
