Papa Gino's — Restaurant in Foxborough

I don't give reviews but after what I just witnessed, I feel I have to. This staff deserves a Nobel Peace Prize or at least some sort of inflation-combatting raise after the way they just respectfully handled a customer who could use a refresher on how to coexist with other humans. Cashier: bless your soul. You are an absolute rock. Don't ever let people like that break you. Just because someone else is miserable doesn't mean you have to be. Cooks: nice work keeping your bearing and not lashing out. I probably wouldn't have played it that cool when I was your age. Manager: you handled that meltdown with absolute tact and remained stone-faced and respectful despite containing what I can only imagine was an intense amount of inner frustration. To anyone who read this far, stop treating members of the food services industry like garbage. You may have a hard life but making other peoples' lives harder is not going to make...

A great option for chain pizza locally. Papa Gino’s does make amazing pizza. The staff definitely works well at this location. The longest I’ve waited was maybe around 10 minutes and I also arrived too quickly for an online order, which is totally my fault not theirs. Their food and service has always been great especially compared to other fast food and pizza chains. I also really like their chicken tenders but clearly their pizza has been a mainstay for decades. It is one of my all time favorite pizza spots that you choose for chain style pizza. I know there are Italians out there screaming in agony that people like chain store pizza but compared to a Dominos, Papa John’s or Little Caesar type spot, I would choose Papa Gino’s every single time without question. Nothing special about the service here...the staff wasn't as friendly as other locations. Thw sandwich selection was quite basic compared to other locations. I watched a staff member wipe the chrome part of the garbage with a cloth and then take that same cloth and wipe down tables, I wasn't eating there so I didn't care much, but then I thought I wonder what else this guy wipes with that same cloth....

I bought pepperoni pizza and garlic and cheese bread. 2 slices were fresh slices and the other 2 seemed like they were sitting for awhile before they were reheated. The garlic bread was mediocre as there was hardly any cheese on it.

All in all, I personally wouldn't recommend this location and I don't plan on eating from this location ever again, due to what I saw and the quality of the food I got. Better to wait and buy off the service stations...
