Highly discourage visiting this particular Qdoba. Their food is mediocre at best, the service is terrible and their attitude even worse. If you plan to order catering or curbside pickup,, expect your order to be lacking something, the catering person to be uncaring and rude when you call them on it, and according to this store representative. the manager, Laura, will continue to support this behavior, be "on his side", and allow you to fend for yourself. I mean who tells a customer this after you essentially ruined their event they planned and paid for several days ahead of time?!? I promise you this is exactly what he told my husband and me.
Here is the situation on this particular occasion: We ordered catering for an event. We have on a few other occasions in the past as well and now have finally learned to stop using this store. On this occasions we found out way too late to make other plans, that the catering order couldn't be delivered (message left at 9 pm the night before a 12 noon event). The catering representative was not the least bit concerned about our situation and made sure we knew it. As I mentioned and is typical of this store, an item was forgotten and we had to argue and show our receipt and then pointed it out on his paper before he finally went to go get it. Never once apologizing or even acknowledging we were correct. Because we were checking the order and mentioned it often lacks items, I think this set this employee off and essentially sent him into a rude and illogical justification to treat us horribly, not once considering our situation. My positon: i couldn't afford to come back when I wasn't planning to be there at all!
I am pretty sure this person, likely this restaurant's manager, and potential Qdoba as a company could care less that I had guests sitting alone in my home while I was at Qdoba arguing about a catering order that should have been delivered and set up, with an unprofessional, unsympathetic and all around rude individual representing this location.
Stay clear. There are other Qdoba a bit further that may want your business and will deliver what you paid for. If your set on Qdoba you should consider another store.
As for our family, we think we will opt for some local, family run restaurant for our next catering event and leave the chains, especially this one, to those who desire this lack of service and quality. My money is too hard earned and my family and friends much more worthy. I guess I have no one to blame but myself as I've allowed this store to miss the mark on several occasions and thus should not be surprised by the obvious lack of customer service by this store and especially this employee.
Personally, if this person reported to me, I would terminate his position if I had the least bit of concern for my business. Also as noted in other reviews, at 11:30 in the morning on this day,, the restaurant was filthy, tables dirty, floor had sticky, disgusting spills everywhere. Food on every surface. I am pretty sure it wasn't cleaned the night before or possibly several nights before. Read moreSo I ordered the exact same bowl that I ordered from another location and while it was edible. It wasn't nearly as good. I was definitely disappointed with the bowl I received at this location.
I am not sure what the difference was, but the meat didn't look the same.
When I checked out, he said it was different than what I asked for and when I corrected him, he said oh yeah.
So it definitely could have been that he put the incorrect meat in my bowl. It was hard to tell if they prepared it differently or it was actually the wrong meat, not wanting to make a scene I let it go.
But, I was definitely disappointed with my meal!
This said. The chocolate chip cookie was on point and the service was outstanding! The server even checked in with me as she was making her way through the restaurant! Super impressive!
Had they gotten my bowl correctly, it would have been a 5 Star experience!
I even mentioned at checkout if he hadn't given me a chicken bowl I would want them to remake my order. He said nothing further...

He should have said, you know I think I may have mixed up the meat in your bowl. Let's go ahead and remake your bowl as you have said. That would have made my day and prevented me from being disappointed. It also would have created a loyal customer out of me.
Instead, it's caused me to not want to return to your location, because I can't be certain that you will give me the meat that I have requested.
Just the other night I was thinking about stopping on my way home from work. I decided against it due to this experience.
It's amazing how one misstep can make or break creating a customer for life. It's very unfortunate that this was my first visit to your location. I was super excited about it being so close to my work. That I could make a healthy choice and grab something quick on my way home.
Sadly, that's not going to work out for me.
PRO TIP: If you choose this location, ask in advance which meat is which. Then pay close attention to which one is being served...

After waiting days, I was contacted by Qdoba and a deal was reached. I am happy with how things ended.
Now for my story, I put in a catering order for ten people and arrived at the indicated time. I showed workers my order receipt and the supervisor said she had no record of my order. I asked if I could wait while it was fulfilled and she said I instead should get it fulfilled at another location, as it was too difficult for this one to do. The manager directed me to contact Qdoba catering and get this fix arranged myself. This was a bad experience for a few reasons: 1) I used the Qdoba website to contact Qdoba and have not heard back for five hours now. 2) Many people didn't get fed tonight. 3) The supervisor did not go out of their way to help a customer who was wronged by the company. 4) The supervisor basically said that if on a Friday night rush, ten servings were ordered, the store could not handle it. 5) The supervisor expressed Qdoba Catering and Qdoba stores are somehow separate and customer service for Catering is not handled by the store, even though the catering order does not mention this and only provides contact information...
