Dunkin' — Restaurant in Framingham

Am local to this location. It continues to have serious service level issues. It should have improved by now. Learning curve from opening is understandable but it is clear workflow in the store is poor. Stopped this AM to see if the store had improved. Sorry to say not. It was fully staffed but completely disorganized. There were a dozen people standing waiting, counter was covered with drinks and no one was trying to figure who they belonged to. I stood there for a few and eventually decide to check what was on the counter (had ordered with App). I found my order scattered. So, I'd worked at this Dunkin for 4 months and quit a week ago. I would not recommend working here in the slightest. All issues stem from management: half of the people weren't fully trained, Justin (the manager) wouldn't order several items every single week, and always ignores texts from his employees letting him know that they can come in. He also forgets about whenever people submit leave of absence forms and gets mad at us. There was also one time that we all had a team meeting where he said that things would change, and they didn't at all. Near the time I left, the owner of the Framingham Dunkins hired his wife and daughter, which honestly feels unfair. It doesn't help at all that the wife ALWAYS messes up drinks. This is the worse Dunkin Donuts location I have ever seen. Quality of coffee is inconsistent. I have had to throw out my coffee on numerous occasions because it was either old, burnt or just tasted awful. In addition, some of the staff can be very rude and will not fix a problem if it has been brought to there attention. I do not understand that after so many years at this location why you cannot get your act together. Awful awful awful.
