Liberty's Famous Pizza — Restaurant in Framingham

TL;DR Their food and service is amazing!

A friend recommended Liberty's to me a couple years ago. I've ordered from them, exclusively, ever since. Their pizza, subs, and calzones are absolutely scrumptious. At a time when prices are going way up, and quality is going way down, I can still count on liberty to send me an Italian sub with enough meat and cheese to taste it. They don't skimp on those and stuff it with lettuce to make it look more full. They have the best oil/vinegar mix I've ever tasted on an Italian sub as well. Their pastrami and steak subs are stuffed and delicious too! I really can't say enough good things about the quality and taste of the food, and the outstanding customer service. I've never had an issue with them. In fact, I'm a rather picky eater. I make special orders regularly. They've always been extremely accommodating, and spot on with my orders. Liberty's offers a more greek style pizza. The sauce is a little sweeter and it's a little thicker than a NY style. In terms of the pizza, their specialties are very good and they are very generous with the toppings. I would recommend those to anyone to try. Their more standard pizzas however don't really stack up in our experience. In terms of the service, they have unfortunately gotten our order wrong on multiple occasions (mostly it's been items completely missing on delivery). However, it seems that these past 2 years they have been much better about getting our orders correct. My partner and I used to order from here fairly regularly, maybe like 2-4 times per month when we were coming here at the most. We liked the food enough but had a terrible experience!

They charged 30 dollars from us for food we never got, and refused to refund us. They were on vacation and their website was still active so we were unaware.
