Andy's Artisan Bread — Restaurant in Frankfort

A local recommended this spot for breakfast and boy are we glad we came! Such a cute place and well-used building! Immediately while coming in the staff was very friendly and helpful during the ordering process as well as generous and flexible with making us a unique breakfast sandwich! I had the everything bagel with ham, bacon, egg and the must-try curried tomato sauce!!!! It was remarkable! My girlfriend has a ham and egg biscuit and it was very fresh, flaky and delicious! It also isn’t a small biscuit you are used to seeing or receiving places! They have great coffee here, lots of drinks and a small store area to buy some delicious food items! You must know the bread is made fresh daily and can run out! So come early! We can around 11:45 in the morning and got the last biscuit and curried tomato sauce! I’ve posted two pictures of what all I got this morning that show my purchases plus the bakery’s logo. (They are shown under the Photo link, look for my name) I come here at least once a week. Today I purchased two of each of the following: chocolate croissants, ham/cheese croissants, bacon/cheese soufflé and double chocolate cookies. I tried the soufflé for the first time and it was hot and heavenly. Everything there is prepared fresh daily. The sizes are large compared to anywhere else I’ve been. You definitely get your monies worth. The staff and owners are AMAZING!! They let you know how to store the bakery goods, because the soufflés if not eaten right away would need to go in the frig. All I can say is wow.

When was the last time you actually sat down and savored something delicious? Because for me it was today when I got a croissant from Andy's. It was so buttery and flaky, and soft and crispy. It was divine. It's true all I've had from Andy's are 3 different croissant combinations but they each were delicious. I aim to be awake early enough to get to the store to be able to try one of their souffles before they're sold out but I will 100% go back with the promise of a croissant because it's a work of art. My friend also tells me that they're gluten-free chocolate chip cookie is the best chocolate chip cookie that they have ever had so I will have to get one of those eventually too.
