Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Frankfort

Don’t EVER order anything through their online system because if anything is messed up, they won’t correct it. They use the excuse that they gave no control over their online orders. Spoke to manager and when I asked for the breadsticks I ordered to be delivered, she said she couldn’t because it was through their online system. So much for good customer service. I have run food businesses before and if a customer had a complaint, we made it right no n no after who was at fault. She didn’t even try to negotiate or even offer an apology, just “there’s nothing I can do because it came through the online system. I asked for my bread sticks to be delivered and she said I’d have to pay for them. I mean really, a simple order of breadsticks probably cost a couple bucks to make. I don’t even live a half mile from them, so it would not have cost anything for the gas. Pretty cheap price to pay to keep a customer. Common se de customer service in my opinion. Mom wanted to do something nice for me and the nurses. She orders us a pizza, cookie cake & 2 liter. Tells the girl on the phone to deliver to Emergency Room. When she gets there, she calls and my mom did not answer. I was told she returned to the store with my food because my account was listed as “call” even though we requested it to be delivered in the ER…

Apparently she decides to try again. And on the 2nd try, she delivers it to the ER. The pizza was cold, she forgot my 2 liter and the pizza wasn’t even cut. The sassy teenage “manager” gave me nothing but grief. Saying they don’t cut speciality pizzas (what pizza place doesn’t cut the freaking pizza???), tells me it’s my fault because my account said “call” even though my mother requested it to go to the ER. A simple apology and explanation would’ve sufficed, instead I got teenage attitude and a refund offer for THE 2 LITER. Lol. I will never eat at papa johns again....

Ordered a pizza a while back and asked the man to have the driver call me when he arrived. It was almost midnight when I made the order. I informed them my entire family was asleep and stressed that they should not knock, and to call when they were outside. The man assured me that the driver would call. I had a bad feeling so I went outside every ten minutes just incase. The last time I went inside, less than 2 minutes after going to my room my sister came knocking on my door saying the driver was banging on the door really loud and woke up her son and our parents. When I went to the door the driver proceeded to tell me his fiance was in the car with him and that's why he took so long. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. There is ABSOLUTELY no reason for him to have his gf/fiance in the car while he's delivering. CLEARLY it was a distraction from his job. Wish I got the guys name so I could report him...
