Yogybee Franklin Lakes — Restaurant in Franklin Lakes

Whoever was working at 5pm today, 12/26/23, has horrible service and a terrible attitude I don’t even mean to be rude but It was beyond unprofessional. My name is Julianna and I am a mother of 2 kids and was rushed to get dinner so i just wanted a quick smoothie and a bite to eat. So i placed a takeout order at 5:09. My Husband then calls me that the kids need me home as he was leaving and I had a visitor. I didn’t have enough time to make it to Franklin Lakes says it was a 20 minute drive. At 5:12 i call them back saying to cancel the order. She had a horrible attitude and said I needed to pick it up. I told her I was unable to and she didn’t even make the food yet. She said if i don’t pick it up i am BLOCKED from yogybee and not allowed to make orders again. I consistently go here and i’m just beyond confused. I always give people the benefit of the doubt because I worked in the food service for so long at high end restaurants and would never do that to a customer unless it was a serious matter. I ordered the Waldwick wrap which was very good. I like the fact that you can customize your wrap or salad, especially for people with food allergies. I was surprised that frozen yogurt was not available since I actually thought this was a frozen yogurt place.
