I came today and i remembered why i STOPPED coming here. You can call for pick up and you still going to end up waiting 10-15 minutes for your food. I called for pick up and when i got there, waited 3 minutes, then they were still asking me about what i wanted on my wrap 🙄 waited another 5 minutes then asked me how i wanted my onions 🙄 if you at work and trying to grab food here on your break or lunch you are WAY MORE THAN LIKELY to be late coming back to work. This is the kind of place you order from when you have nowhere to be and have time to kill. If you at work and need to go back or in a rush dont order from here you will be LATE. Several times inorder for pick up and have to wait excessive time just to pay for it. If its even ready. Also i specified that i wanted buffalo chicken deli slices in my wrap. Twice. And they gave me buffalo chicken cutlets instead after i specified because i hate the buffalo chicken chunks i like the slices. But they gave me chunks after i specified i wanted the deli slices. Bottom line ordering for pick up is a waste because you end up waiting for it either way. Watching an employee touch someone’s money and than grab others peoples bagels with the same glove on for multiple customers is not only disgusting but a severe health hazard. Not once was that glove changed and I witnessed him touch several different items during that time. I am a professional chef and certified in sanitary practices and DOH regulation.
