White Castle — Restaurant in Columbus

Manger Sheniece gave white castle a bad name this evening. I placed an order for $12 approx and her crew made a mistake so she needed to run my card for the higher amount of $14 problem was my accountant had $20 before we started. I explained this she didn't care the problem was on her side. Instead of offering basic customer service and an apology for the wrong food she needed to run my card for a full $14 extra... Id highly recommended skipping over this location until managnent works out how to handle problems on there side with a polite smile and an apology there is another white castle down the road one in grove city and a 3rd on north high street that offer amazing...

Bad experience. I ordered a combo four and combo five. With the 5 piece cheese stick I ordered the cheese sticks were smashed/flattened. With the small onion chip with the other meal, the box was the smallest box they have with hardly any onion chips in it. Like I didn't get what I was supposed to. Also for my two small drinks I asked for Sprite zero. I was given a Sprite Zero and a Coke. I told the drive thru worker I wanted Sprite Zero for both drinks. The drive thru worker gave me attitude and said they couldn't take the Coke drink back. This is usually one of the best White Castles in town but wow was it bad. Went on a Tuesday at 6:15 pm. We were the only customers at the counter upon entry and 4 employees I could see. We were ignored for a solid 7 minutes. They knew we were there, they could have said "be with you shortly" but they didn't. 4 more paying guests gathered behind us before they helped us. Food came up relatively quick but it was super soggy and cold. They did.not get the order correct either. Soggyness is becoming a problem at this store.
