Dunkin' — Restaurant in Franklin Township

I just had the worst experience here. I order a cheddar cheese twist. I asked if they could cut it open and put butter, and jelly on it. The girl at the register tells me they have nothing to cut it open with. And that I have to spread my own butter, and jelly on it. When I get my order, I asked for extra butter and jelly. The girl from that was the cashier says, next time, you have to ask for extra jelly from the cashier because there is a charge. I took a dollar out my pocket and threw it at the table. I admit, that was wrong. My issues is, I was giving a knife to cut open my twist and spread the butter, and Jelly on it. Why, could they not do it? So that I could have the inside of my twist toasted like, I originally wanted? If you can cut open bagels and croissants, and spread butter, jelly, and cream cheese. Why not my cheese twist? I went to another Dunking Donuts and they have no issue with accommodating a customer. I feel that I’m paying for the best but getting the worst. They’re putting me to work, versus them doing the work. And the manager, was standing right next to her and was agreeable with her. Now, when I get upset, and vocal, I’m the problem. Cashier ringing up my order was polite. The young lady that worked on my order got the ticket wrong. I asked her to redo my order because I asked for no cheese on one sandwich. She takes the order back, thought that I was not watching. Dumped the sandwich and paper over the garbage, proceeded to use the same paper that was waved over the garbage can..... After I called her out on it, she became defensive. I asked her to get a new pair of gloves, a new paper and redo my sandwiches. Please keep in mind DD was my first job, so I GET IT! It’s Friday I go in to get a coffee with Splenda/light and I am asking for 2 extra Splendas and the younger Spanish worker didn’t give me anything after I asked 3 times and when the caucasian man asked she gave him a hand full of sugar, now I am feeling some kind of way, so I am never going back again so I am her why she did it you know she lied she didn’t hear me.
