Wendy's — Restaurant in Franklin Township

I stop here every time on the way back from seeing a show in Pittsburgh to my home WV. I seriously don’t know why I keep putting myself through this. It’s mainly because I use the gas station across the street and this place is “on the way out” back to the interstate and on the right side of the road. But so is the KFC and the Taco Bell which are right next door. This visit, and the last two visits, I’ve had to have them replace the fries: the ones they served me were just nasty, borderline cold, and rubber.

And this place is always dirty. Always. I’m not sure why. Last visit I was one of a very few patrons and there was trash all under the tables and near the soda dispenser. This visit wasn’t any different, with little bits of trash and food all over the floor, even under my table. The girl at the register acted like she hated being here, never even thanked me for my order much less for me being here.

Maybe next time I will try one of the other fast food places, including the McDonald’s where I get my gas across the street, can’t...

Terrible service! Got a large fry and it was not filled up all the way and they were old and nasty looking. When the guy that made the fries handed it to the girl at the window she turned around showed the guy the fries and he just shrugged his shoulders and turned away. They knew what they did and she continued to put the fries in the bag and handed it to us knowing that we were gonna come back and ask for them to fix it! When we returned to the window they were laughing like what they did was funny. When the girl handed us our new fries she laughed and said “he’s greedy with the fries”. They didn’t give us our Ketchup like we asked for either! Poor service! We will never go to this...

Since the restaurant is so slow to fill orders We used the Wendy’s app for the first time. The app was easy to order and pay. Allowed us to browse the menu from the comfort of our home. Went to the store to pick up the order and what a mess. They had no idea how to give us the food we ordered and paid for. So confused and disorganized. The didn’t give us any flatware for the chili or frosty and no napkins. My burger had been thrown together in such a hurry everything was piled to one side with nothing on most of the burger. Very disappointing and won’t happen again. I’ll stick to restaurants that know how to use their own apps and take a little more care in...
