My husband wrote a review and then decided to give this delicious restaurant another chance so he took it down. We both tried again and was left a little saddened by the continuous hick ups that occur at this location Core Life. The staff are typically super friendly but yesterday when we went there you can tell they were on edge and in such a hurry that they filled my regular size bowl only half way so I inquired if I could get a little more kale since they seem to only sprinkle 2-3 leafs of kale in the salad. I also always get the same thing and ask for extra meat. Almost everytime they look at me like I am crazy and act as if they do not know how to say extra meat so they tell the server a large bowl beef. I still get about the same amount of meat in every portion yet am paying extra for the extra meat requested. Another issue that keeps happening is them messing my order up. 3 times I have had them place chicken on my salad when I am upfront about my order I always say extra beef, well done. When these recurring accident happen on their end and i get to check out and say that's not what I asked for they get frustrated and mumble amongst each other. The key here is to listen to your customer and not try to rush ahead to the next order. Take your time and in addition to providing great tasting food provide great customer service. Lastly they were in such a rush that my lid was not even on my salad when they placed it in the bag so i had to clean up salad that had spilled all in the bottom of my bag. Again Take Your time and I can assure you these occurances will stop happening. Please fill the bowls to where they should be filled to and not half way. Thanks
Edit* I have visited the establishment a few times after and I swear it has gotten so much better! The food has always been amazing now even greater staff to make the experience more pleasant! Read moreCore life food is great, when it's correct. I have never had a problem out of the Murfreesboro location, but the one in Franklin seems to disappoint often. Orders are almost always wrong, or late when ordering through their own app. If you're using door dash, they have it set up (I assume incorrectly) to require add on items (+$0.50-$4) to complete meals. Some bowls have ingredients in them that don't even show up on the list of ingredients to checkmark or remove (JICAMA). I'd love to call and inform someone of the changes they need to make in case they aren't aware, but they don't answer the phone and the voicemail doesn't exist.
You'll probably enjoy this place in person, but don't "complicate" things in 2022 by thinking you can conveniently get your food by an app.

Read moreI have never heard of this company that started up north but has 60-70 stores currently. Everything here is healthy and clean eating. They have a large variety of options that all look and taste fresh. The best part coming here is they have gluten free Mac & cheese. Score! For someone who travels constantly and having a gluten allergy is tough but companies like this make it easier. I decided on a bowl with two different bases or rice, lima beans, cucumber, white rice noodles, Broccoli, tofu, grilled chicken. Oh course I had the gluten free Mac & Cheese. They also have a big variety of specialty drinks, teas etc. The place was super clean, modern, chic style and dine in with outdoor seating but it was to hot outside this trip.
Would I recommend this restaurant and chain ? Absolutely.
Would I return to this store or others? Absolutely.
