If I could get this place zero stars I would. This place is the worst place I have been to. Me and my fiancé went through the drive-through and they made us pull up. I work in a restaurant so when they tell you to pull up I expect my food to be completely fresh. In this case my food was completely disgusting it’s been probably sitting for about three hours or maybe even more. And I live in Georgia so I was just passing by I’ve never been to this location in my life. The food and service was so bad that I actually called up the store And talk to the assistant manager.This was my first impression of Franklin North Carolina and I wouldn’t it was a great one. First off we waited 15 minutes to get our food I had to walk back in and get my Sauces and sweet tea. Not to mention while we were in the drive-through the what I now know who is the assistant manager was passing out the guy that was taking the orders in and doing everything pretty much up front. The assistant manager was not very friendly and till I called him on the phone. I ordered curly fries with one of my meals and fries with the other I got fries with both. Not to mention I paid 30 extra stands for curly fries. My burger was completely Inedible. The chicken that came with my meal had no flavor And was really hard. The only thing That I could eat and not feel disgusting was the cookie. This is the next day and I have food poisoning. They night then we when to this location my fiancé was very sick not to mention we have not ate anything since we ate here. When I say that when you have one person that a bad experience at a restaurant tells 10 people and you had a bad customer review guess what I’m that person because this is the worst experience you could ever give anyone in their entire life. Read moreThis place is run by a bunch of kids that don't give a damn about their jobs. I walked in and ask an employee "How are you doing?" His response, " Not too good" This is very unprofessional. This same employee complained, out loud, when another gentleman walked in after me, to order. He said, "he had other things to do" What the hell are you there for if your not there to take orders and wait on customers? This wasn't an isolated incident either. Everytime I go in this particular Hardee's, one of the employees has a serious attitude problem and there is no management to be found. I would just go to another Hardee's but there is only one in the small town I live in. This is completely unacceptable. I work in customer service and if I treated a guest this way, it would be my last day on the job, and rightfully so. Drive through around the building so went in, dozen people in lobby with half trying to get incorrect orders fixed. Saw person enter lobby, looked like he was headed to a grunge concert. To my surprise he proceeded directly behind the counter running hands through hair then tie it back. He proceeded then to touch every thing in the food storage rack and opened every breakfast platter container. He then attempted to restock a returned food item. After gasps from waiting customers he then thre the returned item away.
