My personal favorite restaurant of all times! This place has authentic Mexican cuisine. I had a 32 oz and a Shrimp cocktail. Update; 8/27/2024. Ate her today...day before my birthday week. Lol. Had a couple people with me. Went to pay .... Gave him 2 $50 bills. My bill was $43. Gave a 10 tip. Think 25% even though they never refilled chips like the used to...or salsa. Side note. I used to drop $100's in this place. Well apparently the manger is stealing from restaurant. When I called to ask why he didn't give me correct change. He said I owed him for the ACP that he didn't charge me for. An in order to get my money back I had to pay him for the ACP that he didn't charge me for. Which I wasn't aware of in the first place. Like it wasn't like he said ,"I'm not charging you for ACP. I'm like okay well I don't understand why you wouldn't give me correct change. If that was a favor then why do I have to pay before I get my correct change back. I've got 3,000,000plus views on here. More than 3,025,000. so watch yourself here. He made me feel bad that he short changed me. Sad world. He said it was$6.00 he owned me. Not true. But he can keep lying to the next person he scams. Or the company he's scamming. I need Mauricio number. ! Any one have the owners number. He knows me! I wouldn't ever try and scam this restaurant. I just called back n was told to never eat there again. Which kinda hurts my heart because 12 years I've been taking people to this place. Maybe the owner doesn't care because I'm on in a thousand people that come there. But he's always made me feel welcomed. I cry real tears.. because $31 is a lot of money to have it just taken from you n then you called a lier. Sux now because I lost my Favorite place in Franklin NC. I can't believe I'm so emotional over this. But my feelings are hurt so bad. And I can't go back.... crazy. Update; not sure why this is effecting me this way. But dang my feelings are past hurt. The owner has always been more than kind to me. More than generous. And I've always been grateful. Always. For me to not be able to go back. Blows my mind when I was in the right. I'm owed $31 ...this is like the twilight zone. I was in and out.... I'm less that 30 minutes after lunch rush. All I know is why n what the hell!!!!! Edit! I'm not a thief. I know the owner can never say that...

I’ve been a loyal customer at this restaurant since 2020 when I started attending Biltmore Church. Over the years, I’ve introduced many friends and family members, always tipping well and showing respect. In all that time, I’ve never sent a meal back—until today.
I ordered the Quesadilla Pizza, but unfortunately, it wasn’t what I expected. The tortilla was soggy and flimsy, and the dish was overwhelmingly chicken with barely any cheese. I managed to eat about a quarter of it but couldn’t continue. I politely let them know the dish wasn’t for me and asked if I could order something else.
Instead of working with me, the staff member at the checkout—who wasn’t even my server—seemed annoyed and dismissive. He insisted I had to pay for the meal as if I had eaten it, even though I barely touched it. His body language and attitude made the situation uncomfortable and embarrassing for my group.
When I paid for my family’s meal, I reiterated my disappointment. His response was to gaslight me, claiming I was taking the food to-go (which I was not), and when I clarified that, he became even more frustrated. He made rude remarks under his breath in Spanish, rolled his eyes, and scratched the item off my bill in an aggressive manner. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he made it personal and confrontational.
As a business owner myself, I understand that not every customer request can be met, and I know people can take advantage of the system. However, customer service requires patience, understanding, and professionalism—none of which I experienced today. I wasn’t looking for a free meal, just the opportunity to order something else. Unfortunately, this encounter has left a lasting negative impression, and I no longer feel comfortable attending or recommending this restaurant to others.

My husband and I have been frequent customers at this restaurant for a long time, often bringing large groups of friends and family after church and covering the bill. We’ve always enjoyed our experiences here, which makes it even more disappointing to hear about what happened to my little sister during her visit.
She has been coming here since 2020, always treating the staff with respect, tipping well, and bringing others along to support the business. She ordered the Quesadilla Pizza, but unfortunately, it was soggy, unbalanced, and simply not what she expected. After attempting to eat part of it, she politely asked if she could order something else.
Her server was courteous and tried to work with her, but the man at checkout handled the situation completely unprofessionally. Rather than listening or offering a solution, he was dismissive, rude, and made my sister feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. When she calmly expressed her disappointment, he gaslit her, muttered rude comments under his breath, and became argumentative. What should have been a simple conversation turned into an unnecessary and hostile exchange.
Hearing about this experience was incredibly disappointing. My husband and I have spent a lot of money here over the years, regularly bringing large groups and supporting the business. However, after hearing how my sister was treated, we will not be returning or recommending this restaurant to others. Good food means nothing if the customer service isn’t there, and no one should be made to feel the way my sister...
