McDonald's — Restaurant in Franklin

When going through the drive-thru you have to sit and wait literally wait for 10 minutes if not longer for anybody to ask if they can help you when you go to proceed to give your order right after your first item that you give the teller says is that all know it's not all then you ask for something else and then they say is that all know it's not all they're very rude when you finally give your order they then pause then they give you an attitude of now is that it or are you ordering more with a rude temper when you say that's it they say I'll have your total at the window. When coming up on the window the woman said the total price was $17 and some change I don't quite remember how much totally it was that couldn't have been our order she said yes it is she knows it is I'd ask for receipt she said there was no register tape and that there was no way she can give me a receipt when asking for a manager she said the manager is not available so there was no way to say I paid $17 but since I had paid $20 and had my phone available and took a pic of all this going down I handed her the $20 bill she gave me the change. At the next window I got my drinks and I ask for the manager that lady said the manager is unavailable and if she can assist me and I had asked if she is in MIT which is a manager-in-training and any manager-in-training would know what an MIT is and she didn't she said she's as close to the manager as they're going to get because the manager is not available at this moment. I said when will the manager be available and they said probably not until next week! And I said next week who the hell runs this establishment? And she said the employees the manager barely ever comes in we manager it so you are looking at what's closest to the manager since I work here all the time day in and day out which can't be true. Anyway I explain the situation and stated how much the bill was and how much I had to pay and how much it should have cost and she rang it all up and said no there's no way that you paid $17 it was only $12 and some change and I said well I gave a $20 bill to the back window and she gave me the change a dollar something and I showed her the dollar something in my hand and she said where's your receipt and I said that lady didn't give me a receipt needless to say I got ripped off lost the money because they wouldn't give it back to me and charge me the correct amount wouldn't let me speak to an actual manager which I'm pretty sure was around they just didn't want to get busted and they pocketed the money because without register tape there's no food order which means they gave away free food and collected $17. This isn't the first time that this kind of stuff has happened the back window they're always rude and maybe it's just because it's at night and it's the night crew that's doing it but either way it's rude and...

I absolutely love going to this place. They always make it well and they always make it right and if they don't they will go above and beyond to make sure you were satisfied. From the world class management staff to their top notch crew members who are each dedicated to making the customer their first priority. Morning noon and all night long can get great food at a highly affordable price fast friendly and full of spunk. From the back of the house all the way to the curb siding this place is always clean and sanitized. If they don't get it right they'll make it right. Fast-paced and smooth sailing this place never stops. Always having their "Aces in their places" ensures complete customer satisfaction. 7 days a week 24 hours a day Monday thru Friday Saturday and Sunday. A quick meal lights tank or a heavy course of fulfillment you can get it all. Catch they're super star Sista Mullins Monday thru Friday as she either battle one of their multiple drive-thru windows from hell that never stop or at the front counter as the revolving door never closes or multitasking from the fries station while running out orders of pulled over patrons waiting for their hot fresh food, and always doing so with a smile they will brighten anybody's day. With multiple ways to pay you can get your food and eat today or take it with you walk around with it and spend a little bit of money. The food was as expected(still love my McDoubles) what was not was the waite. I work one exit away so the 22 minutes I had to stop and pick up my lunch should have been plenty of time. The three cars in front of me that were asked to pull around to the special parking places had to have huge special orders so my 2 McDoubles should be no problem.... So I thought. I was asked to pull next to the special parking places as they were all full. The two cars that were after me were also asked to pull forward. After waiting for 12 minutes (and none of the other patrons had received there food I started to worry on being late for work. I decided to break the rules and leave my car and enter the restaraunt. When I entered I was confused on what I saw... There was around a dozen bags of food sitting there waiting on someone to deliver them to the cars....An older lady (manager or crew leader) began loading down a young kid explaining on wich bags went to wich parking spot. I fealt sorry for the kid because there was no way posiible for him to remember what went where. This added so much more wait time for us all.Any way I can't believe this is a normal protocol for any McDonalds. When I asked the poor kid why they did it like this he told me it was faster. Hmmmm sounds like he has been made to believe this by a superior that obviously has no clue what he/she is doing. When you think you are doing things better than what McDonalds has mastered over the years you are either an idiot in denial or just that soft upstairs to hold that position.
