For once I really actually enjoyed my cheeseburger it was white tasty & the presentation was nice i.e. they’re usually made very sloppy & look like who ever made them did so with their eyes closed. I was pleasantly surprised when for once this was not the case. The girl who brought my food to the counter(which I had ordered and paid for online already) was incredibly polite, pleasant & professional. Now the bad. The shift manager on duty was at the front counter when I walked in , He then proceeded to turn his back to the counter as if he didn’t see me & make jokes over his headset one of which included A swear (The cuss word for a female dog). He then looked up a bit me twice turned around and walked away without even asking if I needed help or sending someone to help me. That’s when the girl who is already busy doing something else stopped what she was doing to come serve me and bring me my food I think her and was on my way. Read moreEdit: After a few months still disappointed at the removal and can you guys re calibrate your automatic drink machines you have in the back so they actually fill the cup? Every time I get a large drink from there now there's a good inch of empty space at the top.
Their recent remodel of their lobby got rid of the self server soda fountain making the whole experience so much worse. Customers cant refill their drinks easily and now the limited employees working the lobby have to fill all drink orders slowing everything down. My first experience with this new set up they gave me dr.pepper instead of the Diet Coke I ordered and the one employee working the front was too busy with other customers for me to ask them to fix it. If you do want a refill you gotta wait till the 1 employee working the front isn't busy and ask them then wait for them to get a whole new drink wasting another plastic cup. Saw someone do that today while waiting to get my drink fixed and it was taking so long they just left and so did I. Makes customers upset and employees jobs harder.
