Its unfortunate that in a small area as Franklin that options are limited and customers will still visit this location for subpar food and customer services to get the deal of the day. A poor community with lack of options. From several unfortunate incidents I can write paragraphs about it won't matter. The Millers still going to be Millionaires and collecting our money. I have had a whole fly in my drink with the resolution only being a refund of my money and another drink. You think I want another drink after almost swallowing a FLY?!! Then there are the teenager's working for a check and and having no respect. Bad attitudes and cursing at the drive thru window. Orders always wrong, but you get mad with me for spending my money on something you can't get right. Now let's talk about special orders. I can't get no salt fries for an elderly person on a special diet or a burger without cheese at the drive thru. Make it make sense. We are the only people in line at the time so holding up the line was an excuse. You make fries all day long so you couldnt pull me over like you do for other non sensical orders that I shouldn't be pulled over to wait for. But yet I mocked an order on the app and it allows for special orders. Same difference I could have ordered it right there on the app and you still would have had to fix it and/or pull me over. The list goes on and on. But as I said, there are no other options for the this small community. But yeah I'll take my dollars somewhere else. For everyone else...as a former employee told me...If you only knew what really goes on behind the scenes you would never eat...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've never had a poorer experience in any fast food establishment that I just had here.
The woman behind the counter made it quite obvious that she simply did not want to be there.
The look of disdain and apathy she gave me was only slightly short of hatred.
no please. no thank you. no sir. no it'll be just a minute. nothing.
it was very much a "when I get done" attitude. no sense of hurry or urgency at all. definitely not "fast" food.
oh, by the way, the employee in uniform who was sitting at a table, apparently on break, might want to reconsider taking her shoes off to relax and get comfy in the dining room, at least when customers are around.
of course, when I walked in and found the trashcan overflowing onto the floor, I should have guessed this was not one of your shining examples of how to run a fast food place.
pretty dirty overall.
fire the staff, especially the manager as he/she allowed things to get this way and set this "standard" of performance.
burn the place to the ground...
have a witch doctor exorcise the remaining evil spirits..
and rebuild in another location ...
overall, a disgrace and embarassment to McDonald's, American business, and the American...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is the 2nd day in a row that I've had an issue at this location. I called customer service on yesterday and I requested a call back, no one has contacted me. Today our food was not prepared correctly. (Yesterday I was overcharged and the cashier became argumentative when I brought it to her attention) Staff tried arguing that it WAS! Stated it was prepared the way it was ordered. Not! The grill slips definitively showed how the sandwiches were supposed to be prepared. I don't know how Management at this location ALLOWS it's employees to be argumentative and smart mouthed with the customers and nothing is done or their employees don't face an consequences. Obviously it's an accepted practice here. I've had issues here on many occasions before, but I have not always reported them. But enough is enough. No one wants to spend their money where you receive poor customer service as well as poor quality of food. I...
