I'll say the philly tasted ok for the bites that had ANY meat or toppings on them. I got a large with chips and drink which was over $20 which is also ridiculous in itself. Although the two ends of my sandwich literally had no meat or toppings on them when I opened the sandwich at home. Wow, how does that happen with a sandwich that expensive or any sandwich. I can get sandwich at walmart with four times the meat, cheese etc for $6. Publix sells a massive sandwich for $8. I mean how tough is it. Just put some actual food on the sandwich. I feel like I paid over $20 for a loaf of bread, chips and a drink. Maybe this place is about to go out of business or maybe the cook did it wrong. They say its an east coast sandwich although I cant imagine any real sandwich enthusiast thinking this was an authentic east coast anything other than an undercooked loaf of bread with a couple slices of meat and some sparse toppings. Complete rip off.

Read moreThe only good thing about my sandwich was the banana peppers. My sandwich came on the wrong bread and wasn't cut in half. The menu didn't list mayo as a condiment on the sandwich I ordered and it came covered in mayo on both sides. I strongly dislike mayo, but tried to wipe off as much as I could. The bread was soaked. I mean even if you love mayo this was way too much, I imagine there wasn't much left in the jar after what I received. We waited 25 minutes for our order, only two sandwiches and the line was almost nonexistent when we arrived. I would have asked for the sandwich to be remade, but the line was very long at that point and I had no desire to wait another half hour. Husband's sandwich came with ranch and he said it was drenched in ranch and mayo. Definitely don't need mayo if there is ranch. The staff seemed very stressed as well, maybe understaffed like most of the world right now? Won't be returning purely based dissatisfaction with our food. There are too many other sandwich shops that...
Read moreThis is the second time I’ve ordered online from the Franklin location and had a frustrating experience. I placed my order more than 30 minutes in advance, chose a specific pickup time to avoid waiting, and still had to wait 15 minutes when I arrived—because the employees were “busy making bread in the back.” That’s exactly what I was told the last time, too.
To make matters worse, my sandwich that time was missing ingredients. This time, I ended up being late to an appointment—completely defeating the purpose of ordering ahead.
When I asked about it, I was told all the employees were in the back. But I saw three people working—why wasn’t one of them on order prep? I did ask for a lemonade and they gave it to me for free, but it wasn’t offered—they only gave it after I asked.
It’s disappointing and frustrating to see a pattern of poor service and disorganization. If online orders can’t be handled properly, maybe stop offering them. Customers should be able to...
