Large portions, hearty meat and filling, and made fresh. The sandwiches are so good and there are new items being added every so often. You can get Cinnabon cinnamon rolls here too! 😋 The location can be a bit confusing to get to if it's your first time going, but once you get the hang of it, it's sure to be a favorite.

We stopped in for lunch and had an excellent meal. We got a pizza and a calzone. Both were way bigger than expected, fresh, and very yummy. The calzone was way larger than the menu photos. Cost was about average for a lunch out. To go box for the half calzone I couldn't eat was printed like a keyboard. Very clever.

Good food. Good service. They had a personnel problem (I'm intentionally bring vague) which the manager promptly addressed. My seat being ripped was the only real indication of the building starting to not be well maintained that I noticed. Overall, it remains s favorite of ours.

Lady at the counter barely spoke English, so it was akin to pulling teeth, trying to explain my order, and probably took roughly 20 mins of me trying to translate, using my middle-school Spanish vocabulary, to explain what I wanted. By the time I was finally done with my order, and rejecting her numerous suggestions of me possibly wanting “pizza” (no, I don’t want pizza for the tenth time), a line of other customers had gathered all the way to the door, because she was the only one working the registers. I heard the lady then her tell her coworker that “she speaks Spanish” and literally took the next order from the people behind us, in a matter of seconds, using full, exclusive, fluent Spanish. Hey, I like the Spanish language as much as the next guy, but I’m not sure why management thought she was the best choice to serve customers, unless every other employee speaks even WORSE English (which would seem nearly impossible), or when we enter the restaurant, we are actually entering a magical portal and are instantly whisked to some location south of the border - then choosing this person to take orders from customers WOULD make sense. This is first time and last time going to a Schlotzskys. Bread is spongy, sandwiches taste funky/greasy, and the food is ridiculously overpriced. My wife, kids, and I all only ate half our sandwiches and just threw the rest...

Was recommended by a coworker to come to the Cool Springs location and for the purpose of the food, i have no complaints.

but this is why I give 2 stars. the last 3 times i’ve been here the staff has either missed something from my order or screwed it up completely. Not only that, but each time, I witnessed whoever was in front of me in line experience the same thing.

I can tell a lot of the staff are probably in high school/college and I’m in college and work in the food industry so i understand that mistakes happen sometimes. But, a sandwich and chips is not rocket science and they’re not busy enough for things like that to happen time after time. Not to mention, the food is too pricey for them to not care that each order that leaves the door or drive-thru window is accurate.

Either incentivize your staff to work harder, or hire a better managerial staff to ensure this isn’t a common occurrence.

The food is tasty but unless things change, I won’t be coming...

I got my food to go! I don't usually eat here but my friend who was with me does so we went. The cashier was very helpful is selecting the size and type of bread (there are many options) as well as made suggestions on the sandwiches. I had a Turkey with bacon/avocado on small sourdough. It was yummy! The restrooms were also very clean and even had a handicap accessible stall with it's own sink in it. Lots of Coke soda flavors including Dr. Pepper. My friend tried the cinnamon rolls and said they were good for fast food, but don't compare to her moms home made. For fast food, this cool springs Schlotzsky's restaurant, was impressive with the clean restrooms, helpful customer service and the quick preparation time of our food. I will return next time i have a craving for (not-a-burger)a...
