Teddy Gallagher's Irish Pub — Restaurant in Franklin

A friend and I came in on a Thursday night from Providence about 10:30pm, driving by the neighborhood looked cute we decided to stop in for a drink. When we got there no one was there to greet us at the door. We sat down for a few minutes, no server came. Then we made an attempt to go to the front of the bar where we were the only people standing. From what i could tell he was the owner and the only reason we were able to get waited on. He had to tell the bartender to come over to us. We ordered 2 drinks. I got my corona within a minute, my friend ordered an angry orchard which is a drink you dont have to make it comes in a bottle. Took about 5 minutes. The bartender continued to wait on other people after we had already paid and werent finished being waited on. My drink was half way finished by the time she got hers. The bartender was not friendly at all. He was very rude and seemed like he didnt want to be waiting on us. My friend had asked a question about a drink and he replied with an attitude almost as if he was better than us, when he is the one standing behind someone elses bar waiting on us. I dont know if all regulars come to this place and they dont like outsiders or what but i did not feel welcome at this establishment. We sat down for a minute or two as the owner walked by and asked how everything was, which was the only hospitality we felt the entire time. Our drinks werent nearly finished but we decided to leave and go somewhere else. I dont know if this place does good business, I think the owner was nice but he needs to hire more friendly waitstaff. I wouldnt go back there if someone...

Just went here tonight and I will not be returning. Our waitress was very nice and friendly and apologetic however, it took 25 minutes to get a beer, mind you it's a Sunday night and it was not busy, it took another 40 minutes to get our food, which I ordered the Buffalo chicken homemade Mac and cheese, there was hardly any cheese and it was luke warm plus only 4 bites of Buffalo chicken, I will admit I ate all of it but only because I was starving by the time I even got my food. I also ordered the brownie skillet desert which took another 25 minutes, it did come fresh out of the oven but you need to tell people if it's going to take that long, and in all honesty it was just okay when it finally came out(the waitress did comp this on the bill when I questioned the time it was taking). There was an owner or manager wandering around but he didn't come ask if everything was okay and only seemed to be interested in his regulars at the bar. I was there for almost 2 hours, add that up with bad food and I'm certainly not returning. Very...

I wil never ever go to this place again. My boyfriend and I decided to go in for dinner. We sat at the bar for 20 mins before any of the two bartenders even looked at us. The two young girls were too busy talking to their friends or young male patrons. Even the manager was too busy on her phone to even help out or acknowledge us. We had to wave down a waitress that we ended up knowing from another bar she used to work at that closed..this is why we decided to tey this place out. The bartender couldnt ve bothered with us and was annoyed we even asked for a drink and a food menu. She messed up our drinks. We couldnt even drink them...20 more mins later she still hadnt asked us about placing a food order or why we hadnt even drank out drinks..so we got up and walked out. I have never ever done that in my 38 years on this earth. Iwould advise you to never ever go in...
