We are here for Thanksgiving week, first I want to start by saying, I called the restaurant ahead to reserve seats for 30 ppl he first told me that they were so busy and couldn't accommodate. Us at 6pm he said he had lots of other reservations and they were too busy to take us all. I asked what would be a good time for us to come in, he said 5:30 would work, he also mentioned that he couldn't split the bill because they were going to be busy to do that so I said I guess we will have to just keep track of what each family eats. Wen we arrived at 5:30 there was only 4 ppl in the restaurant eating, I thought I guess his reservations come in later, well no other ppl came in as we waited for someone to take our order. No chips and salsa, and when we asked and got it the chips were hard and stale, all I can taste on the salsa was garlic . It took 30 minutes to get our drinks. We had to ask for straws We got the food the it was all cold I orders a torta and look like the bread was old and bridal, I know it was old bread, also no meat and the beans had no taste as well as any Ingrediant in the dish. Half the orders were wrong and took over 1 hour to get our food. At the end we had to do our each match to split the bill our selfs, I never been to a restaurant that couldn't split the bill, all the 2 1/2 hour we were there the restaurant was not busy at all. When I decided to go to the restroom I found that my beer was gone and it was still full, the guys that was picking up the dishes took it away. One waiter for all 30 of us! Come on this is why some of the services sucks but most of all the quality of food is nasty, sorry to Express my self like this but the worst service and food I have...

Literally THE WORST experience. I came back a second time because the service was great the week prior. Ordered a dish I frequently make at home, and it was rubbery and tasteless. I called to see if I could just come grab something different. The manager was rude on the phone, he just rudley picked up and said hello. When I came back just to get a dish I'd enjoy instead of what was served, the manager tried to give me a "lesson" on the type of meat and told me that it can't be crispy...I own a catering business that makes this dish and makes this meat crispy. The person who sold me the meal told me it'd be crispy like chicharrone. It was boiled and flopped in a tortilla. Instead of asking me what I'd like instead, after paying over $30 for a meal, he continued to question my knowledge of the meat, while his servers stood around and laughed and tried to intimidate me. When I stopped him and told him that I understood what the meat was and that it was not cooked the way I had asked it to be, he said you know what just take your money back cause I don't like your attitude. When someone gets food that isn't as advertised or cooked as requested, you apologize and make it right, not treat the customer like dirt. I wasn't upset, just wanted to enjoy a good meal after a long day of work. Was hoping to make this place a regular weekly for work, but my coworkers and I will not be back. No wonder it's dead all the time. Its managed by someone who truly has no passion for its customers nor the industry he works in. Don't waste your money here. Read the reviews. I wish I would have.

Horrible service and no one gives the same info. When asked about the size of margarita glasses, we were shown 3 different sizes. However, small and medium margaritas are served in the same size whiskey glass but apparently the medium includes 3 extra shots (yeah right) of tequila. In an 8oz cup filled with ice, 4 shots of tequila would have filled the glass without any margarita mix. The waitress showed us the glass sizes and then argued with the bartender after we questioned the size, asking if the small actually came in a shot glass. The waitress then came back and spouted about the 3 extra shots, but didn't say a thing when addressed about the sizes shown. I must say they have the best tasting water, if that's possible.

Food tasted microwaved at best and is definitely not "authentic." Perhaps if you spent a lot of time at the dispensary upstairs, the munchies would make this place tolerable. If you're looking for something that you can't make at home,...
