Lisa's Lunchbox — Restaurant in Fraser

Been here 2-3x since the name change and the only thing consistent is the pretty poor service. The waitress is so nice but absent minded and distracted easily. Every single time I’ve been, my check never comes and I end up sitting 10 mins waiting for the server to re appear. This should never happen. And it’s not busy, nor a one time occurrence. My soup was cold, but one part was piping hot. I had a gyro with stale pita bread, and the tzatziki sauce was weird, very thick like cream cheese, and in a little side container, not even on the gyro. While I was waiting for my waitress to come back after vanishing again, I watched the cook picking his teeth with a toothpick over the grill area, and go right back to cooking. Not cool man.

Sure the cutesy messages on the daily specials dry erase board are a nice touch but if this place is going to make it, get a better server. And I want to see the cooks current serv safe certification.

I never had the opportunity to visit this location when it was with the old owners, but I can confidently say since the new owner came in, this is hands down my favorite place to grab some breakfast. The food is as good as it comes and the soups are all homemade! You can't beat the the chili Fries either. The restaurant and bathrooms are always very clean and both severs are always very friendly and make sure you're well taken care of, you can definitely see the team is close and works well together. The server, Grace is always very attentive and is working hard to make sure all her tables are satisfied! I make it a routine to stop in atleast once a week, to get a good meal. I'd highly recommend...

Had lunch at Lisa's Lunchbox today and it was terrific!!! The service was exceptional and friendly. The fries took me back to my childhood...they were hand cut fresh potatoes!! I highly recommend this establishment.
