Wendy's — Restaurant in Fraser

For fast food is okay Update: 28 October 2021 Drive thru only, very disappointing. Today is April 1st well those people at Wendy's sure fooled me I ordered two junior bacon cheeseburgers I don't know what the hell I got they're loaded with onions I mean it was just a Mess I live too far away to be given or be given I hate onions even when you scrape them off you can still taste them just a total screwup order from a company that nobody speaks English in I'm so sick of it I want a refund to my credit card on order number 3023 please pay attention because I will call corporate can't get through to the Wendy's line is busy Update 9 Nov 2023 We have been to this Wendy's numerous times since this initial revi. Obviously the COVID19 restrictions are gone. However the service still varies widely depending on the constantly changing staff that is still primarily employees that English is a second language. This is not a racist thing but employees who interact with the public need to be understood. Heavy accents of any type are difficult for many seniors...

Me and my husband went into today separately on our lunch breaks and both had terrible experiences. I got pickles on a spicy chicken sandwich no mayo when I wanted mayo and I always comes with it and the french fries tasted freezer burnt. He went in a few hours later and they served him a hot salad the lettuce was wet and warm from possiblity sitting on a hot surface. He asked for a fresh salad with fresh lettuce they refused. We will not be eating here again. I get their is employee shortage but if these fast food chains can't even serve food that's up to code and provide basic customer service I rather they leave the county and I'll go back to eating at mom and pop places. I really have no problems with fast food simply going away. Do not eat at this Wendy's it's the worst fast food restaurant in the whole county.

Before this I gave this place 5 stars really gone down hill the last couple years cut your losses and close I miss the taco...

Local fast food done well. Here's why: Cleanliness. First thing you notice when you walk into a Wendy's restaurant or any fast food chain is cleanliness if it isn't clean get out. Get out fast. Friendly and available wait staff that greet you when you enter their facility. Any company/business that greets you when you enter is a good business, any business that is available when you enter is a great company! Fast Food done right! No prefrozen patties, no prefried French Fries, no fake chicken in the chicken nuggets, infact best chicken nuggets around...
