Complete incompetence at every turn. 4 people working, I was parked. Once I was parked not one of the 4 people knew what my order was. Ir was likely given to a wrong car. So it seems that could be fixed in 10 minutes. Not with the people working at 9pm on 9/20. After waiting 20 minutes I drove back to the window. Still I have to repeat my order. So being frustrated, I asked fir my money back. Instead if giving me that, the person in charge felt it was a better idea to engage in insulting me personally. Again, instead of refunding my money, she shouted insults at me while other customers are behind me. She in fact bragged that she was "allowed" to act that way if she was offended. I would love for her supervisor to contact me and verify that I eat there frequently and only recently has this been a problem. Cashier Ellie is often rude and I have witnessed her vaping while taking food to cars. 9/18 between 9-10pn if you'd like to see. Don't eat here if you need your food in under 30 minutes. Also while trying to get my refund, they asked for a receipt. Hilarious. Usually they ask if you'd like one in a tone of voice that conveys they really don't want to take the extra step and provide the receipt, so I decline. As I said, terrible experience. This location is about 60-plus miles from home. We passed through the area and felt we could not go wrong with McDonald's! Customer service needs help saying it nicely.
We arrived and ordered through the app and requested the table service option that was offered, during check out.
Ordering in the app was a breeze; when our order was ready, the young lady yells TABLE 125, your order is ready sat it down, and walked away!
I looked confused as I reflect and thought to myself. We bring the food to the customer as ordered at our local locations.
So I got up, got the tray, and thought it was strange she didn't bring it to myself and my children as ordered.
As we ate, we all observed the Next three other tables ordered, and she brought them their food one by one and even asked them if they wanted ketchup and napkins.
My son then asked me why she did the same to everyone, not us!
It felt very biased as all the other customers were not African Americans. I will never return to this location again. Oh, and we only received two napkins for three meals!
