Updated June 2024 A piece of advice to managers, no employee should be wearing long necklaces or bracelets to work if your scooping. I've witnessed many establishments where rope bracelets have touched and went into the ice cream and then get served to public. Unsanitary. I've also told places like DQ to remake a cone this past week 3x after worked handled money then put their fingers on a cone my child was going to eat. Also Unsanitary. They put paper on cones for a reason. For safe handling. Train your employees better because even telling her directly what she was doing she didn't get it. Finally she grabbed the cone with a napkin.

2023 Convenient. Accepts route discount card. Needs better sanitation. Tables are always dirty and sticky. Chairs today had sprinkles and melted ice cream all over it. Girl put her fingers on cone that wasnt protected by wrapper.

February 26th 2023 went again. Owner called me from last time but I could not get back to him. Tables were clean today however young girl held cone where there was no wrapper. We got 3 blizzards and one had a hole in the bottom of the cup, the others were so watery it didn’t taste like a blizzard at all. They didn’t hold it upside down and now I know why. Caramel was all clumped at the bottom of the soupy ice cream. Very nice people but need to teach how to make blizzards properly. Not like I remembered and didn’t satisfy the craving we had for DQ. This dairy Queen was good but I think they started putting air freshener inside the dairy Queen and now everything tastes like air freshener all the toppings the ice cream.
