Dunkin Donuts@ Freehold Shoprite Center, 9N, Will Not Go Back Again!!!### Terrible Service, Slow, Negative Attitude by Young Girl/Woman..Sat. Aftn. Ordered Egg & Bacon Croissant With Medium Coffee & Boston Cream.. Asked 4 it to be slightly toasted, Not Burnt(Take Out). Wished I would of checked this before taking home... Standing there 15 to 20 minutes before getting Medium Black Coffee..Another Customer was waiting also. It Wasn't busy, there was no line.. Just Poor Customer Service... I will go 2 Manalapan or Howell in the future...(3 Customer's before me waiting)...Retrain Ur...

This is my local Dunkin' Donuts - I go there all the time. The workers are always fast and courteous. You can have them prepare your coffee or it's self service if you so choose. I enjoy making my own coffee on the inside. They even have a Dunkin' Donits ATM machine, I want one of those, LOL. Yes, I'm a DD fanatic.

I drink Dunkin Donuts coffee every day because I love the flavor and at this Dunkin it always tastes fresh -- I have never had a bitter cup of...

Very bad experience this morning I was in line I own a large cold brew I wanted a second one so I told the young lady to hold on and let me go to the car and get my card because I already had given her cash she literally made me wait three customers before she waited on me again after she had rung me up for the first quarter so my thing is with this pandemic thing going on right now Dunkin Donuts first of all you're overcrowded second of all customer is...
