My experience was poor from start to finish. I went through the drive through and was rushed by the cashier (or manager i'm not sure of his position) I didn't take longer than 2-3 minutes to place my order and there was no one else waiting behind me. When I checked to make sure I had my total order I was missing nuggets. He told me that wasn't part of my order & I had to pay for it. I obliged but had to ask for my receipt. On my original receipt it showed I already paid for this item (so double charged) & that I was charged for a large fry when I received a medium. I went inside to rectify this but was ignored by each employee. There wasn't anyone ordering inside but I remained patient. I wasn't acknowledged until a few customers came inside (almost 10 minutes had gone by). I reviewed the receipt with the older man who took my order originally and he fixed my fry order but rolled his eyes when I mentioned the error with the nuggets. He took my receipt and crumpled it up in front of me. He then gave me the correct cash refund for my card payment. Read moreI went through the drive thru, the line was moving very slowly. When after about 15 minutes, I pulled up to order. I waited about 5 minutes and no one took my order. I figured it was broken and pulled up the the 1st window which was closed, and I skipped the 2nd one, they clearly weren't being attentive. I parked and went inside to order. There were 4 employees working including the manager,, another one was on break in the closed off dining area. There was 1 person ahead of me when I walked in. I placed my order, and waited about 10 minutes for my order. All the employees were moving pretty slow, as if they didnt have lines in the drive thru or in the restaurant. By the time I got my food, there was a line out the door. Food was good, but the fries weren't salted. Overall this is the worst Burger King I've ever been to. Read moreDrive up. Haven't been here for ages because of ther service, etc. I was starving & decided to stop for a quick meal. The man who took my order had an accent and seemed to struggle with my order. I repeated it twice speakg VEEEEERY slowly. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with extra bacon and a small coke. $10.53. I was curious to see how many slices of bacon I would receive in total since I do go to another BK near my work. I only received 3 slices of bacon on my bacon cheeseburger with EXTRA bacon. I looked it up...I should have close to 6 slices! (I paid for it!! Seems that ONE slice of bacon cost me almost $4). I'm done with this place. That's it. FINAL.
