This is the absolute worst church's I've ever been to. I was there at 11 on more than one occasion and when it clearly displayed the hours of operation to be open,the manger told me not until 11:30. The sign says under new management but just when I thought it couldn't get any worse. The employees are rude and will only speak to you to take your order otherwise it's Spanish. ..and they were very rude. I was next in line and was looked over for other customers, as well as cut off several times by what appeared to be the employees family members needing one thing or another. I had to ask for napkins, utensils, and individual chicken boats for my co workers only to be snapped at and told, "We don't have those!" I apparently growled out loud in frustration, but still they didn't even get a clue. They went back to speaking Spanish....guess what..I SPEAK SPANISH AND UNDERSTOOD EVERY WORK YOU SPOKE....I WILL BE INFORMING CORPORATE! The night crew is even worse with teens just as lost as the day crew! How do these people get put into a position to deal with the public....LET ALONE MANAGEMENT? Complete laziness and total idiots. Read moreSo I selected this restaurant because I use the upside app and with the upside app you get a percentage back in cash back however I did an online order remind you my order was close to $60 and they didn’t have white meat so they told me that I can take Dark meat which the value of the dark meat was $10 less than the white meat or I could sit there and do a refund and the only problem with that is if you do a refund then you have to wait five business days to get your money back so I asked the cashier can we just do chicken tenders instead and they were not willing to do that. I feel like if I’m giving you an option I’m trying to meet you halfway because it’s not my fault that Your system allowed me to order something that you didn’t have. They were very rude. It's aggravating because one it's never ready and two they're always out of something what is the point of having all those employees in there and no food to be given to the orders. I always order online just because I can't stand going in there just to be told my food is never ready on time I can make a simple order of even jalapeño bombers and it'll take almost an hour just to get them. I really can't stand it and they won't tell me about my order unless I go in and say I'm here for my order when they have my number to contact me to let me know instead they wait and then tell me that it'll be another 20 minutes for my order that I already waited 20 minutes for already and spent 40$.
