HORRIBLE! I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I was visiting my brother in Freeport and we went to go get icecream in the drive thru. I ordered a large cookie dough blizzard with extra cookie dough and chocolate icecream and when I got home it was chocolate icecream with cinnamon. We went to replace and I asked for a refund and a properly made blizzard and the cashier said that will be no problem and then the manager came and said she can’t do that. I was expressing how inconvenient this was and she said the man making the blizzard wasn’t trained. She finally refunded me the cash but only gave me the money back for a medium and then said I was trespassing on property because she was mad at the fact I wanted a refund. My brother called and said how they stole money from me by not giving me a full refund... keep in mind I returned the product that was wrong. So I am now out of money and they refuse to pay me back. It’s not even about the money at this point but how disrespectful the manager and employees were to me.
I have kept both receipts proving that they owe me money. We have contacted corporate and am trying to get in touch with the owner.

Went to the drive thru to order. Start my order with a #2 no may no mustard and I went to say make it large but was interrupted by the employee, who wanted to know drink flavor. I went ahead with the rest of my order. I went to the window, paid and the lady tried to hand me a small coke. I told her no I ordered large, asked for my meal to be large. She informed kitchen staff, at that time another lady come to the window with a head set on and asked basically what the issue was and explained again and said I was cut off when saying I wanted large, not sure who cut me off. She abruptly replied that was me, we have to put things in the computer in a certain order and shut the window in my face.
Thank goodness jesus had the wheel and I am not a hot headed person as this is not customer service. Even if there is a certain order or the lady was having a bad day there was no call for the way I was treated or spoken to. I will not be back, I work hard for my money and do not expect to be treated this way. I was not rude and did not expect to be treated that way. I only expected my correct order.

Read moreThe worst customer service I have ever experienced. Time stamp receipt of 6:28, and handed 3 blizzards in the drive thru and told to pull forward to the open space and wait on food. At 6:47 my food is brought out to my car and by then all of the blizzards have melted into the cup holders. When I ask the employee about possibly remaking the blizzards, he smirked and said it isnt my problem! I pull around to the drive thru and to the window because there is no wait. The shift manager asked what the problem was and I showed her the ice cream as well as the time stamp on the receipt. She understood that it took a while but would not remake the ice cream simply because it melted. Again, handed it out the window at 90 degrees and wait an additional 20 minutes for food... I asked for the Managers name, store number and store phone number. The response was, google it. Here I am after googling the information needed and contacting corporate. I would love for the adult in charge of this place to reach out to me so I can turn over my video experience with their "manager" before the local news outlets...
