Taco Bell — Restaurant in Contiguous United States

So excited to get a Taco Bell in Freeport and not have to drive to Niceville or Defuniak Springs for one. Defuniak Springs is very nice too just don't have to drive anymore.

We ate here Sunday night, April 5, 2020. After all this quarantine, we were craving some Tacos. We only ordered 5 tacos and a burrito , the place was empty. First the kid in the window couldn't get our change right even using a computer. Cost was $12.02, we have him a $20 bill, $2 in ones, and .02 and asked twice for a ten (or two fives). He handed me $8.00 even, thenn seemed confused since he hadn't put our money in correctly skipping the twos. Got that sorted out. Went home the tacos tasted so stale like we had bought them the day before and finally reheated them. So disappointed! So hold onto that taco craving thought and wait until they are halfway busy. Honestly we’re regulars and today was the worst experience we’ve had. The manager is always super sweet, but today we went through the drive thru and there was a new girl we’ve never seen before. She could barely be heard on the speaker so I’m assuming she couldn’t hear us well either. We had a mobile order, and my husband stated that upon pulling up, and she replied with, “for who?” There’s just a way to go about things and this wasn’t it. Our sauce was left out of the bag, and she ask at the window if we wanted any. So, defeating the purpose of the drive thru, we had to walk inside to get the sauce we originally TYPED in our mobile order form. Again, we usually have a good experience, at least with customer service at this location, but it seems as though the new staff hasn’t been trained on proper customer service as the regular...

We visited on 12/18 and ordered a Cravings Box and a Chicken Quesadilla combo for in-store pickup around 3 PM. When I picked up the order, the drink cups were not with it, so I had to ask an employee for them. Despite me trying to be polite, her attitude was poor and did not provide the cups til I pointed them out on the receipt on the bag she handed me. After getting home, I found that the Cravings Box was missing the Chalupa Supreme and that the chips and nachos reeked of burnt oil and were inedible. I attempted to contact the store to fix the situation and have not heard anything since.
