Los Rancheros. — Restaurant in Santa Rosa Beach

Have been here two times now and have had the exact same result food is good atmosphere is fine bar stools are a little uncomfortable but the service is absolutely terrible. The gentleman behind the bar serving food and talking to guests with a large straw in his mouth was not only unsanitary but super unprofessional. I grabbed my own menu and after 10 minutes of flirting with some female guests he turns and Greeted me with a “what do u need “, not a hello etc. i asked for a draft beer that they did not have that was on the menu and when i asked him well what do you have he pointed at the taps and walked away. He came back after bringing some food out and looked at me like i was bothering him and when i asked for a Dos Equis and he poured me a Yuengling. I decided to keep it no big deal. He asked if i was going to order to food while he walked away from me an stood at the register and made me yell my food order to him instead of writing it down and taking the order in front of me and walking back to the register to enter the order. Zero attention was paid to see if everything was good and did not come back to check on me. i was going to order more food and drinks however i didn’t feel welcome at all. Prices are not great either but service both times by that same gentleman was absolutely terrible! I know good help is hard to find in todays work force and everyone has a help wanted sign on the door but in order for a local business to flourish there needs to some type / level of respect and courteousness to those that are spending their hard earned money in your...

Highly do not recommend to come here if you plan to pay with a Card. Used my card to pay for the bill and tip. Checked my account the next day and they took out more than what the bill was for. Called the restaurant to speak with a manager out of curiousity to ask why I was billed more, as I signed the check for a certain amount. The guy was instantly rude. Claimed according to his screen I paid "this amount for food, this amount for tips, and this amount for tax. Totally this" Listening to those amounts... there was more than I wrote for the tip (and it wasnt like I left a bad tip to begin with). I told him the receipt I had signed wasn't that amount for the tip. He sounded pretty agitated about it claiming that was the amount I was billed for. I get that, but that's not the amount my receipt nor what I signed for was... He wasn't even physically looking at their copy of the signed receipt and I tried explaining that I did not authorize that much. I ended up hanging up on them before they got me to the point of being rude back.

They can keep the extra tip. They can lose another customer.

If you’re not looking for this place you’ll miss it. Parking is a little scarce. Didn’t take long to get seated but after that it fell apart. Took for ever to get someone to come to the table and when they did they only brought chips with no salsa. We waited for ever it felt like to get a waiter to show up just to get drinks. We finally got drinks and a bowl of salsa for the two of us. Waitress did not come back for a while to take our order. I’m guessing it was a manager of some kind that stopped and asked if we had been helped yet and we told him no. Shortly afterwards someone came to take our order. Food was good and brought to the table quickly. However for the rest of night we didn’t get refills, chips or salsa. Service was really bad. The interior is pretty cool and pretty clean. Both men’s and women’s bathrooms were fairly clean but had trash on the floors and the men’s had urine all over the floor by the urinal.
