My daughter and I both agreed that we hadn't had McDonald's in a long time. My daughter has the online app on her phone so she ordered 2 burgers using her phone and I paid with my debit card. The burgers were still warm, and the French fries were hot and salty,as they should be. There were only 2 cars ahead of me at the drive-through, so not too busy. My only issue was with the customer service. I had the order # handy since I was using my phone without the app on it. When I told the young girl I had a pickup and gave her my order and was told abruptly that the "phone used to place the order was supposed to be the one picking up the order". Now I'm sure this isn't an issue with only McDonald's, and it might be a 3rd Party App online, but its still McDonalds employees and maybe a training issue. Most people go trough this situation and is beyond embarrassing and especially in the drive truh ! Well knowing thah I had loose change I decide to pay with it . It was a 5 dollar order so I was glad it was not more then that .
Employee in DT “ Lauren “ Was beyond disrespectful and made me feel less when she noticed I had to dig for change . I did ask If it was okay to hold the DT line for a second or if I need to pull up . She looked at me like i was crazy and didn’t respond but gave me a looked like “hurry up “ !!!!!!!!

Read moreOn Wednesday night it was a little busier than usual. I'm pretty much a regular every week. Lady at the first window usually has a little bit of an attitude like somebody's forcing her to work there against her will. Anyways I was on the phone with a friend, told My friend how surprised i was they were that busy and the lady working the window left it open. She chimed in my conversation and said "yeah there's only 3 of us working" I said that's fine. I finally get my food after waiting 30 minutes to an hour like whataburger drive through is and the meat on my mcdoubles were so burnt they were tough and they had to of given me the oldest lettuce they had left. Also my hot n spiceys were burnt and old as well My large fry was basically a small inside of a large fry holder.
