It’s been years since I had Bronco Billy’s. The last time I dine is from a different location that’s near the high school I go to, but unfortunately, they closed it. So I had to go to the one at Niles since it’s closer to where I live. The place is like a bar since it’s small and that 50% of the space includes furniture that relates to what the bar has. They have nice portraits that they displayed. Also, I didn’t get a chance to dine here because I went during the weekend and it was full when I arrived. So I went on a Friday and it was rarely any people here. The pizza slices are between $9-15 I believe depending on how toppings that you added, but they’re very big. Honestly, idk why they’re called slices when they look like a whole pie except that the shape is different. A slice doesn’t normally look like that, but that’s fine. The pizzas are really good though, but there’s slightly more bread that I tasted than their toppings. Also, the pizza crusts are crunchy and kind of hard. However, it’s still a good place to eat pizza. I recommend that you come here during the weekday and for weekends, it’s really tough since many people come here at that time. Otherwise, you’re better off taking it to go.

Called to order 3 pizzas. The person on the phone couldn't hear me. Had to repeat my order 3 times. Then it came down to payment time. Had to repeat my card # 4 times. Got to the location and picked up the food. Checked the pizzas and they seem right however if you've been to the location, you would notice the lighting isn't great. Got home and saw that cheese pizza was over cooked but my daughter was hungry and decided to just eat it, my pizza had bacon bits which I told the person to make sure the pizza doesn't have it when 1st ordering. Called them to tell them and was told "we have a sign that says check your pizza or no refunds..." I didn't want a refund. Wanted my pizza. Was told to come back which I did. Give them back the untouched pizza. They put in a new order of BBQ chicken which I had to wait 15 minutes for. The new pizza came out and now it's missing red onions. I had ordered a BBQ chicken pizza with everything Italian normally comes with except bacon. Now I have the pizza and am upset that it's wrong again but don't have the energy to try to convince this person that the pizza is wrong again. SMH! I love this place BUT come on!

Would you eat this? I was referred to Bronco Billy's by locals who both love and "go somewhere else" for this place. Got the same response for Mountain Mike's, a fairly new franchise spreading throughout the west. Either way was a toss up. The result was TERRIBLE, which was surprising because their supplier is Roma Foods. 1. Wrong flour 2. Almost NO sauce 3. Toppings in the center 4. So so cheese I'm told that "Bay Area" people don't like a lot of sauce, and you have to ask for extra sauce. What?!? In this case the sauce is applied not with a ladle or large spoon, but with a BRUSH!! Again, WHAT?!? Terrible at best. Essentially fluffy white bread, light application of sauce, no taste of sausage, only tasted mushrooms. Not recommended by this East Coast pizza bigot. If I wanted an open faced grilled cheese sandwich, I'd go to to Denny's.🙄

Step right up, folks, to the one and only Bronco Billy's Pizza Palace, where the pies are hotter than a jalapeño in a sauna, and the laughs are as cheesy as the toppings! If you're craving a slice of history with your slice of pizza, then this is the spot for you.

First off, let's talk about the ambiance. Walking into Bronco Billy's is like stepping into a time machine that catapults you back to the days when Charley Chaplin roamed these streets. Picture this: vintage movie posters lining the walls, the aroma of freshly baked dough filling the air, and the sound of laughter echoing off the historic walls. It's like stepping onto the set of a Hollywood classic, with a side of marinara sauce.

Now, let's dish about the staff. These young waiters and waitresses are like the Energizer bunnies of hospitality, bounding from table to table with smiles plastered on their faces and pep in their step. These sprightly souls zip around the joint with the energy of a caffeinated cheetah, delivering pizzas faster than you can say "extra cheese, please!" They're like the Avengers of hospitality, saving hungry customers one slice at a time and leaving a trail of smiles in their wake. You can tell they genuinely love working here, and their enthusiasm is contagious.

And speaking of contagious enthusiasm, let's give a round of applause to the owner, who's like the den mother of this bustling pizza joint. Not only does she whip up pizzas that would make Nonna proud, but she also takes care of her staff like they're her own family. Her genuine kindness and unwavering support for the high school students who work here are as heartwarming as a gooey slice of deep-dish. She is teaching these kids the value of hard work, responsibility, and how to sling a mean pepperoni pie.

But enough about the warm fuzzies, let's get down to the main event: the food. Bronco Billy's doesn't mess around when it comes to pizza. Whether you're a traditionalist who likes a classic cheese pizza or a daredevil who's brave enough to tackle the "Bronco Buster" with extra jalapeños, there's something here to satisfy every craving. And let's not forget about the burgers, which are so juicy and flavorful they'll have you wondering why you ever bothered with utensils.

So, if you're in the mood for some good eats, a side of nostalgia, and a whole lot of laughter, saddle up and mosey on down to Bronco Billy's Pizza Palace. It's a slice of history you won't...

Bronco Billy's has good pizza, but their service could use a little help. My last two experiences have been poor. 1st was last year on 10/29. I ordered a pizza online for pick up, but was denied being allowed to take my pizza home. My name matched the order, but the CC did not. They asked me to wait while they figured out what happened, but continued to help new customers and did not look into my order. After standing to the side for about 30 minutes (with my pizza sitting on the table outside their hotbox and no one else claiming it) I went back and reviewed the different email confirmations I had received and found the site had coded my CC; similar to how Apple Pay works. I showed them another confirmation I found that matched. The gal mentioned something like this happened before and let me take my pizza home. It was cold. My 2nd experience was a couple days ago 11/23. A friend gave us a gift certificate and we thought it'd be nice to have pizza the night before Thanksgiving. Bronco Billy's wasn't too busy that night so we place an order for a medium pizza to go. The gentleman working the register didn't know how to ring a GC, and asked us to go to the counter. The gal walked us back to the front register and told him to ring as cash. Unfortunately, he rang us a slice instead of a medium pizza. We went back to correct and he asked if he could just put in a second slice order for us. We said sure since that seemed easier for him than cancelling the wrong order taken and recharging us correctly. He told us 15 minutes, so we walked down to Mr. Mikey's and came back. Pizza took closer to 30 minutes. Not too big a deal. Unfortunately, when they called us there was only one slice. We went back in to ask where the second slice was, and the gentleman who took our order said it was coming. Then 20 minutes later we went back in again and asked another gal at the front and she didn't seem to know anything about our order. After a few more minutes when the gentleman returned, we went back in to let him know we couldn't wait any longer for the second slice and had to get home. It'd been about an hour since we placed our order and the slice we did receive was cold as we'd been standing outside waiting for the second that never came. I like Bronco Billy's, but the last two times I've been there issues that happened with my order weren't handled very well. I don't think I'll...

I've had Bronco Billy's pizza, we've had for work events too, I expected a dine-in burger (kids had pizza) experience to be acceptable... I was wrong. There were literally no redeeming qualities here today. The service was awful. 1.5 hours for 3 burgers, a medium pizza, a slice af cheese pizza, some wings, 5 sodas and 1 beer. The place was not busy. The servers were just not with it. I get everyone has an off day, but it shouldn't be on a three day weekend in a downtown area. Literally nothing came out in order. The toddler was getting antsy and hangry. The fancier pizza came out first at 45 minutes, but was undercooked. Then the slice of cheese for the toddler, which was like this whole weird oblong pizza which was overcooked, definitely not a "slice". Then one burger, then another, then the wings...another 15 minutes goes by and my burger which was done wrong came out (ordered no bun, should not have been an ordeal, but I guess it takes a degree in rocket science and 3 engineers to take a burger off a bun and put it on a plate), so another 15 minutes waiting for that to be fixed. Oh, that's another thing, all the food arrives in take-out boxes, not actual freaking plates. Like "here's your box of food, go away now" kind of vibe. Anyway, the burgers were awful! Overcooked, over salted, bacon burnt or missing, no cheese on the cheeseburger, mustard when we said no mustard... long story short, only get pizza if you go here (get the chuck wagon with extra cheese, trust me that one is great), but prepare to wait far too long and hope that your pizza is cooked...
