Greetings Need I say I used to work at chipotle so I know how high the standards should be but unfortunately at this locations the standards are terrible. I understand kids or teens must start somewhere but they also need guidance to create the best customer experience. A very tall white male (didn’t catch his name which is why I’m describing him) barely greeted me before starting my order once my burrito made it to the salsa area the line was super dirty food all over the counter the gauc spoon was inside the cheese and I pointed it out to the young lady that helped me with the salsa as she grabbed the spoon and placed it with the dirty dishes she then wiped her hands on her aprons multiple times without changing her gloves this young lady I believe was (mexican girl with a brown ponytail ) didn’t catch her name and indeed I ordered double chicken and she did attempt to roll my burrito but wasn’t successful and that’s okay as I said we all must practice things to get better But with her judging the food inside the Burrito to try and make it manageable another girl (black girl with a bun) ended up rolling it but by the time I made it to my car to bite into it my tortilla was cold . I was super disappointed not just with the service but with how the line looked that’s unacceptable and these teens that are being hired should have guidance in there work and also have a manager or supervisor walking around showing them the acceptable way of things and perception. I will not be coming back to this location, I just needed to share my experience and the corrective criticism with the hopes that things...
Read moreI along with about 10 other people stood outside the buisness from 10:45 until 11:10 wiating for your staff to unlock the door. We already had other orders to pick up for co-works that were placed online. There were several employees looking at us through the window without any aknoldegement that we were there. Finally another customer walked around the building and everyone followed to the back entrance to get in. The food for my co-works had been sitting on the shelf for 20 minutes. When I asked where my order was at I was told it would be an additional 10-15 minutes because you had just received a catering order. The young lady working the register seemed to be the only person with Managerial skills, being polite enough to try to ease everyone tension over the manager ignoring everyone. This was not her job to do. The person "Carlos" who I was told was the manager would not even come out to address the multiple customers complaining. When I asked how to register a complaint I was told to call 1-800-chipotle. I will NEVER order from any of your restaurants again. This was unacceptable beyond belief. All of our...
Read moreCustomer service was WAY too slow. This is not the usual chipotle I go to but I've been here on multiple occasions. Each time, they manage to disappoint me more. Every time I went to this location, the portions of my chicken bowl gets smaller every single time and is the smallest of all the chipotles I've ever been to. When I ask them for a little more because they put half the regular portion I get, they give me so much attitude. They also never seem to be prepared for customers to walk in. Maybe its just my luck but I normally get there before others show up. The looks on the workers face when the line grows makes it seem like they aren't prepared for feeding all these hungry people. When I tell you their service is slow, I mean it. I've personally seen them take 7 mins on one customer who ordered two bowls. Meaning if there were 2 customers in front of you in line with the same order, it would take at least 14 mins for them to get to you. The only good thing is that they seem to be following COVID precautions. I wouldn't recommend going to this location. Just my honest truth and...
