I went here at 8:25 pm on a Friday night. They close at 9:00 so I thought I had plenty of time. When I walked in there were 2 people in line in front of me, 2 tables had seated customers and a group of 3 came in behind me. Almost all of their hot pots in the buffet were empty and clean. I believe 5 choices were left 1 was fried rice which there wasn't enough left to choose as a whole serving so they gave me chow mein to make up the difference. There was 4 egg rolls left. The guy in front of me took 2 and I got one. I wanted cream stuffed won tons they didn't have any cooked. I felt bad because of the 3 people behind me only one ordered because they didn't have the things they wanted cooked. When I had asked them if they were making any more food they said no no more tonight. Why not?? It's an open restaurant they should have food available for their customers to be able to order anything on the menu unless they were out of it especially if requested and it's 35 minutes till closing time. They chef was still there and 3 other employees were cleaning up the kitchen. If your business closes at 9 then close at 9 and clean after the store is closed and by all means if customers drive to your business to get something and your chef is still there please cook them what they came for instead of leaving them whatever cold food you have left out in the buffet that looked like it had been there long enough. The way this place handled it makes me not...

If existential dread had a flavor, it would be the Fried Rice Bowl at Panda Express.
I walked in hungry. I walked out spiritually hollow, holding a bowl that was 90% fried rice — which, in fairness, had all the excitement of chewing on warm packing peanuts seasoned with despair. The "entrée" was more of a rumor. I ordered String Bean Chicken Breast, but what I received was a steaming pile of green beans in a light sauce of broken dreams, with microscopic shards of chicken hidden like shame in a family secret.
Honestly, if I wanted to dig through a field of starch just to find a trace of meat, I’d go back to the Great Depression. The chicken was so scarce, I started to wonder if it was an endangered species. Blink and you'll miss it — which I did, because it was literally not there.
The server did their part too: expertly scooping the fried rice like they were trying to bury something underneath it. Probably my expectations.
If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to be scammed politely with a smile, Panda Express is happy to provide that service. Just don't forget to bring your sense of humor — and maybe a side of actual protein — because the only thing heavier than the bowl is the crushing weight of...
Read moreI understand the cost of living is high so u changed the size of ur bowls n plates, the price is so high but we still come n buy the food. At least fill the bowls n plates up we do pay for full bowl not 3/4 or half. I was there for dinner. The orange chicken was so chewy it became hard just by sitting there for long. The chowmein was not cooked properly either. Server gave like 5 pieces of walnut honey shrimp after they charge $1.50 extra. Why do they get to ask us if they can turn my chage to full dollar amount 😒 like u don't already squeeze our wallets for portion size of serving n u have nerve to ask me to give u more. Just coz I said no to the cashier she didn't give me hot sauce I had asked several times. Found out no sauce when I went home. Common now we work hard for our money too. We paying your price just give us the proper portion n stop asking us for more money at cash registers u...
