Subway — Restaurant in Fremont

The Ashley girl who works here is a total B. I called and she was totally rude when I was just trying to order food for my kids. I called and asked to place an order because we were passing through. When she answered she said hello and I responded "hi may I please place an order for pickup" she responds "uuuuuuuhhhhhh" waits 30 seconds "sure". So I waited for her to tell me when she was ready and all I hear is a "hello?" I said ok are you ready? She says how many sandwiches? I say 2. She says what kind of bread? I responded wheat and white. She said white kind of sandwich? I said for the white or the wheat? She says what kind of sandwich? I said for the wheat it's going to be steak. The white is chicken breast. So I made it through the sandwiches and asked for my veggies and sauces. She said how long till you get here. I said maybe 10 minutes. She said they were busy so I should come in 15 minutes or later. We got there 8 minutes after the call and not one person was in there. In the entire restaurant and our sandwiches were sitting on the counter getting cold. Payed for them and headed back on the road and I give my kids their sandwiches and they forgot the veggies and the sandwiches are way way to salty. My kids needed up spitting out the food. I thought maybe they were exaggerating so I took a bite and it was gross. I spit it out myself. She needs help. Needs to be fired. I hope she trips on her untied shoe lace (bet she doesn't even wear socks) and falls up the stairs. I hope she is $1 short the next time she goes to buy something. I hope she reads this also. My boyfriend and I walked in because we were craving some cookies and we must've spent a solid three minutes standing at the counter before the lady working there said "I'll be with you in just a second". We didn't realize that she meant she was going to stand there and make two big sandwiches from scratch for like five minutes while we stood around waiting. After a while my boyfriend very gently mentioned that we just wanted cookies and if she could grab them for us real quick we'd be out of her hair. She rolled her eyes and said "there's three customers ahead of you, you need to wait in line 😒" and went back to ignoring us. We WERE the line, we WERE the customers, we were the ONLY people in there! I guess she must've been preparing Doordash orders, but there's two people right there who just want something quick that she didn't even have to make. She couldn't put the sandwiches on hold for two seconds to put some cookies in a box? We were so taken aback by her stanky attitude that we walked out and went elsewhere. Guy with glasses was VERY Rude! His response to being shut down an hour early for "training." with a sign saying 7 p.m. training, we were there at 6. Seemed the staff took it upon themselves to take advantage of it being sunday. There were 10+ people in the building and Enough staff to make customers sandwiches. Lack of empathy for us driving from the 23rd street location because that location didnt have ingredients to make sandwiches. This location really has become pathetic.
