Runza Restaurant — Restaurant in Fremont

My daughter and her friend went tonight and were met with a very rude employee. She asked If they knew the restaurant was closing in 10 mins.....Great! That's 10 more minutes of sales! Except this employee was upset there were still customers in the store 10 mins before closing. She was rude to my daughter and friend and even ruder to the large group in front of them. Maybe the manager needs to spend some time educating the end of day employees on how to interact with last minute customers and, even though frustrated, how to make every customer feel appreciated. 10 minutes to close time or not. We live very close, but...

Went in to this location to get a runza and was told I had to wait 20mins for one runza!!! I don't ever get to eat runza so I decided to wait. I also ordered 4more runza to go at the same time. We got our meals 25mins later and ate in the restaurant. After we finished eating about 20more minutes we asked if our togo order was ready and they said it would be ANOTHER 20MINS... WE SPENT JUST ABOUT A HOUR WAITING FOR RUNZAS AT A PLACE CALLED...

Runza is one of my favorite fast food places, but specifically not this location. The workers don't care and the health codes are not followed. I just got a burger from this location and I found a very long hair cooked into the burger. I tried to wash the feel of hair in my mouth out with my tea, but the flavor of the tea made it very clear that they don't wash their tea container. I've never had any problems with any...
