RUDE!
Called them by accident, thinking I was calling great wall in elkhorn. I Called and told the lady I had called the wrong place and to cancel the order. Get to great wall, get a phone call (not looking at number) they said I haven't picked up my food. Told them that I had (thinking it was great wall). After 5 minutes of going back and forth they finally said you have not picked up your order here at imperial. I said that's bc I called earlier and told the lady to cancel the order. The man got rude with me and said maybe you need to check were your calling when you order. Now we have wasted food. I said no you didnt, take it to the shelter...they could use it. The man said why would I do a stupid thing like that? I told him he should check his morals and hung up. He called back only to tell at me in Chinese..to which I hung up...
Read moreWasn't the biggest fan of this place the first time I tried it, but I gave it another shot. First bite of my broccoli beef had a blonde hair in it. I'm a DARK brunette with very short hair. I called them and they offered to make me another one, but I ended up just wanting the money back. When I brought the food back the man at the cash register proceeded to suggest that there wasn't a hair in the food. Really? I didn't even finish my first bite of food and it was in it's original to-go box. He ended up giving me a refund, but I would recommend to not come here. Read moreIs this the best Chinese ever in my experience, no. But it is good Chinese and it satisfies when I'm craving Chinese. If you require ambiance if eating in, please remember this is located in a mall. It's not PFC. I've been going here for several years. They are consistent in their quality and at a good price. I enjoy my interactions with the staff. I like the Mongolian beef, hot braised pork and General Tao chicken. Family likes broccoli beef, teriyaki chicken and sesame chicken.
