Well I would have to rate Subway 5 because the service is good they read the options to you especially the toppings and what you want on your sandwich and they read you the sandwich options and the chip options and the drink options that's good but the problem is they are lacking when it comes to they they know you're they say it's okay if you're blind and all that sort of thing but they don't want to swipe your card they don't want to I don't know what the problem is they don't want to be a they don't want to help you out in that way they would much rather have someone else do it if you have someone with you which I think is was what I think is very poor and plus I think that they need they need to be more they need to be more passionate when it comes to helping out the blind because it's pretty obvious that obviously you can tell that I'm blind just by looking at me My eyes are closed and and you know and I walk with a cane now now how many people would do that oh I'm sure not many especially cited and I read Braille so you know there's no faking that believe me so I think they really need to they need to up their game and and letting other people do things and letting other people do things for them just because they don't want to...

Hi, I’m not one to complain, I used to work in the food industry. But when one of your workers (Shannon) is just plain out disrespectful I have to. I sent my brother up to this store which I am a regular at and he asked for extra onions and Shannon basically said no because she is trying to save the onions till 9pm when it takes 2 minutes to cut onions. It’s just laziness. I’ve never had an issue here before about getting a little bit of extra toppings then proceeds to put only 2 onions on my sandwich. Which she was rude to my brother about asking. I went to call about this and it took Shannon 6 calls to answer the phone and was very rude when she did answer and hung up on me when I was explaining. I will not be coming here again. There’s far better subways in the area to go to. Avoid this one if you want good...

First time being at this subway as we are from the Detroit area. Very nicely done decor. Seemed like a was relatively new subway. Food was good. My only concern was I believe the employee waiting on us was the only employee there in the building. She may have been the manager. I was very concerned about her safety. We were there Tuesday June 6th at around 8 pm. . We stayed an ate there. With everything going on in this world you never know. I would think at least 2 people employees would be there for safety reasons. Hopefully there were 2 people there. I felt bad for her being by herself if that...
